Replace "clown penis" with "low-income man's penis" and many women are truly horrified. It's why they call it a fate worse than death. What's worse is if he has a large good-looking penis, but a small wallet. Because then many women find themselves truly torn.

Fun Fact: In the military, fighter pilots' personal callsigns are usually inspired by something that particular pilot did/said. It's almost like a frat name. It's given to you by others and the stories can get pretty embarrassing. Clown Penis is probably a real guy somewhere.

The Marines were the security part of the Navy when the expression came to be sooooo Marines. LOL There is of course the Merchant Marines.... but they are too foul mouthed to consider. Marines are trained to cuss. You didn't think that comes naturally did you, it has to be fostered.

As a former Son in Law of a Vietnam Fighter Pilot, I can attest, fighter pilots LOVE this skit!

I had a professor in college who flew in Vietnam, and he somehow got the callsign "Milton".
to larry: that's nothing. During the viet-nam era and before that they had more colorful nicknames. In the movie "Full Metal Jacket" one marine's nickname was "animal mother." A black marine's nickname in the same movie was "junglebunny." In the movie "Dr. Strangelove," an army colonel's name on his utility shirt read: "Bat" Guano. And there was General Jack Ripper.
Most people don't get to pick their callsign. Or else everyone would have names like Godfather and Scarface. In the better units, your coworkers pick your call sign for you. Which is how we ended up with callsigns in our unit like Doc, Urkel, FUPA, Cokehead, and Dildo.
to danny: and then in the military if you are from texas, some people nicknamed you "tex" for some reason I can't understand. And, for some reason, they referred to the guy in the unit with the most medical training as "doc."

I told them I wanted to go to college for psych, so someone with an offensive callsign lays down on the couch and says "Doc, tell me why I'm so fucked up. My mom turns me on", I told him he was good to go 'cause she turned me on too. They said "Doc got jokes" and the callsign stuck with me against my wishes, haha.

It shouldn't be. A terrible call sign is a mark of respect and camaraderie from the rest of the guys in your squad. A generic call sign like "Viper" means no one remembers anything memorable about you to turn into a call sign.

I keep coming back to this sketch. It is just absolutely the funniest thing ever. Will Farrell is the best. I have only ever seen one thing he was in which I didn't care for ... "Old School." I just didn't like it, which I don't understand because I have loved him in everything else. He wasn't even being funny in "Stranger than Fiction" but I was still extremely impressed by his acting skills.
