im going to put a micro-atx build in the 9000d

i am curious to know if the 9000D parts will be able to work in the 1000D case? i know "its a redesign" but so far all i am seeing is the "we made it more airflow friendly and painted more numbers on the holes".
I have been thinking 🤔 the same thing. On Gamers Nexus they said. A lot of the same tooling was used. So when this case comes out. You will get a better idea 💡. About using the parts from 10000D on the 9000D.

I wonder how much this thing weighs compared to the 1000D now that it's lacking tempered glass on the front and top. That stuff is remarkably heavy by itself.

Was hoping Corsair was going to release another version of the 5000T.
That front panel on the 9000 looks horrendous...why didn't they keep the solid metal line in the middle like they did on top
Better airflow. The 1000D with having decent gaps on the sides with the tempered glass front still had pretty serious airflow issues. The trade off is aesthetics.

SSD right behind the CPU is an awful idea. The back of the CPU gets super hot, like 70-80c.
Not really. Just about every case has storage support behind the motherboard tray

The case is an absolute misconstruction and I am now annoyed with all the paid influencers that you still approve of the dirt. The case weighs 40kg with water cooling? The SSD behind the processor, it's ugly but it says Corsair on it. Radiator surface on mass, which heats itself up and everyone writes Yeah Yeah
Just buy the V3000 plus.
