  • Used Polycryllic on 2 pieces of hobby wood and attached them to a cg. neutral position. Works like a charm. Just have to tuck away some wires and it'll be a clean install.

You did it right by mounting the transducers on something stiff and dense!

Thanks for sharing. It sounds fantastic. I highly recommend you add ferrite cores to your batteryleads. Long, high-current leads coming from the ESC can generate lots of noise and bleed RF into your servo wires or even into the radio link. Attach them as close as you can to the ESC putting on one per lead (4 total). Good luck with the maiden. I have five flights on mine and she flies well. Also consider working the CG back a few mm from the marks. The stock CG is a bit nose heavy. Look for Cedemon Ferrite Cores on Amazon. They are $9.99. Let me know if you want a link. I hate putting long links in comments. They look like someone is doing phishing.

P.s. just remembered while opened up, I noticed ferrite core around both leads almost touching the esc's.

East as pie. Just download rc plus software and plug in your unit to the usb link that comes with it. Download up to 2 different planes and an aux sound for each. Then just read the rest of the calibration instructions that I'm still figuring out. LOL But it's pretty easy to do and quickly.

@@mickkino not sure I can show you the wiring, but it only has four wires one for power two for speakers and one that connects with a y to your throttle going to the receiver. Once hooked up and powered, the sound will start when you advance the throttle on your radio. Good luck it's really pretty straightforward dude.
Pretty sure I did a video on just the ESS error while it was in the box and explained the hookup. It's somewhere on my channel just searched my channel for ESS Air sound system.
