Great video!!! The only problem I see is that you are actually doing a Clean and Push Press. A Jerk would be locked out over head before you would even start to stand up. Again I think your technique with the kettlebell was great.
He got a little pissy or hard yet bone headed at the end. As he was held to making this video for no class that day (!!except had planned to be working out with a baby.) had Chris Hansen and dateline still been about he’d had made it to there
Yes 😂....quite embarrassing , it's not like it's very similar because it's not. You can jerk a lot of more weight jerking and it's mostly lower body exercise...can be upper also if you lower the weight slowly. What a confused young man . The reason I'm semi angry is that he haven't take n this down....

swing clean way easier than normal cleans normal cleans can be done with kettle bell also
I was always under the assumption that there are no swinging motions with cleans and that they should be performed similar to gorilla cleans.
there are various types of cleans that can be performed with a kettlebell, one of those is the one you described.

This is more of a kb clean to push press. A jerk you drop under and catch.
This doesn't really touch on the key points of kettlebell the clean, rack, and jerk. Much more to it, but this should get people started.
Why not demonstrate the complete uninterrupted pattern, at least once?
