Is na.op.gg a good place to get runes and builds? That is what I'm reccomended by friends
The beginner jungle list is outdated, the champions mentioned as clearing well don't do this anymore in s11. ww, trundle and zac all saw significant reductions in clear speed

As a beginner I think it would make these vids much more palatable if you explain terms and words you will use before going in depth on what to do with roles.

I see people complaining about leashing. Yes it's a beginner video but that doesn't mean you turn your brain off. Around 7:40 and 8:30 he talks about leashing. The video shows a typical bot lane coming to the buff and help. Use yalls head, this is a really great video and it goes pretty in-depth. It's a 20-minute video...
You then watch an actual jungler play the game. You'll see leashing happen organically. That's how you learn. You don't come to one video and expect the world. He gives you all of the basics, it's on you to research more for a better understanding...
One point I'll mention regarding videos like this is the assumption that a player understands at least some MOBA lingo. Terms like CC and CDR or even Gank can go completely over the heads of someone totally new to the genre (a friend has just started the game and this was a major complaint of theirs). This being said the guide is solid, definitely recommending!

@@witchyfishfry Gank means to enter a lane in order to help your teammate kill their lane rival in an ambush, usually trying to get in behind them and pincer them.

If you pay attention to their guides team doesn’t matter as much in low elo. If your jungle fails every single game the problem might be you.

@@tjmtz6140 true but I always get autofilled jungle and I want to be able to play good enough so I don't feed. Also being better at jungle will help improve my other roles.
Just play Udyr. I am a really bad jungler but Udyr carries me and I usually win.

Glad to see the 'mute all' recommendation at the end. Another tip new junglers should know, is 'do not gank losing lanes' regardless of how much they ask for it. I started to play jungle since last season and these jg tips from Skill Capped really saved me a lot of frustration
What do you mean don't gank losing lanes, if the lane is losing because there was no ganks it's your and midlaner's fault, firther allowing enemies to pressure top with no consequences is just a recepie for disaster.
It's a team based game and just giving up on a teammate is the worst you can do
@@Fr33mx if my bot lane keeps inting before level 6 that's where i usually don't give a shit about them anymore except for a few instances e.g., enemy is overextending so i go and bless them w a gank
@@gian1673 that might as well be a bad match up for them, not necesserily inting.
If they get outclassed and the wave gets frozen on them and they're desperate for the farm there's varely anything they can do.
If you don't see that closely you might hust think that they're bad and int but it's never that easy.
Demoralizing them by denying any help is literally the worst option here, if your adc is denied the farm and you are willing to let thag happen then it might later bite you in the ass in the teamfights.
The game is far too complex for a sole player to comprehend the whole picture that is being painted on the battlefield, don't be that Dannen-Krueger hit guy who thinks he's way above their elo and is always being dragged down by the bad teammates.
Always allow room for your mistakes in the calculations. That's my tip to you.

Yeyeyeye every losing lane is jungler’s fault and every lost match is jungle diff. This, is exactly why junglers need to ‘mute all’ and ignore the spam ping of laners asking for gank when they are 3 levels down than their opponents
@@riverfu889 junglers can turn the tide of the battle on their own simply by being in the right place at the right time, the potential is unlimited.
Never admitting your mistakes is quite the flaw imo.

This is like the 10th jungler beginner's guide they've made but you really can't blame them because of how often Rito changes the jungle XDDDDDDD
Tip: if you both clear in the same direction and run into them near scuttle. If they engage you and you're too low, smite the scuttle for extra hp during the engagement, but watch your lanes for the roam to try and 2v1 you

It's alright. It's just that your team doesn't take advantage of what you give, and just ints because "you didn't gank bot lane" or "you killed my minions I'll afk bye". Also flames you when they themselves got bamboozled for being too aggro in chasing a low health support. I'm a hardstuck Plat Eve Main 😂

THANK YOU, I'm trying to learn how to play Jungle, and mid, and maybe support in the future. I'm new to league and trying to get better at the game since my school next year will have a E-Sport team and you play video games during class and have their own building, and team. Although I will never be as good as my brothers when playing league lol.

I don't play league often and the toxicity makes it worse but I still want to enjoy the game. I've always wanted to try different roles and champs but im too scared to do so, these guides really help alot and for that I thank you.
Same. Im a Top/Mid player and when i get autofilled i get super scared because i never played the other roles and when i tell my team that im new to this role they flame me to hell and back how bad i am and they throw the game

I just got back to this game after the start of season 4 and damn this was a good guide for me. A lot about the jungle has changed. I didn’t even know about that bit where the rift herald takes more damage with its eye open

I just dont understand how jungle exp works. I'll literally afk in jungle sometimes, do my clears, get a few scuttles, maybe a dragon or two and come out 40 cs down and 2 levels behind the rest of my team. It makes no sense to me.

From what I can tell, if you're clearing efficiently, then this chalks down to you needing to gank more often and at least secure assists

bro i think you're not clearing optimally or as fast as possible for the champion you're using
try to master clearing as fast as you can and moving from camp to camp faster it will save you minutes of time in the long run and allow you to gain XP and gold as fast or even faster than laners

This was a very helpful video. I’ve been playing very casually for 10 years and have never learnt to jungle. I am learning rengar , i still suck and now I know why. I been trying to gank the losing lanes like you said , to help them. Also I didn’t know that dragon isn’t worth taking really. And the timing of things spawning etc.

So weird, been playing the game for more than a decade and I never really bothered learning jungle until now. It’s true when they say jungle is entirely a new set of game mechanics vs what you learn as a laner.
Neat guide! Knowing the jungle role I feel, can also directly improve my map control as a support main. One day I might be able to actually play jungle too with confidence haha

This video is really helpful! I’m going to play jungle for the first time with Udyr because I got super lucky and got the Udyr ultimate skin. :)
A pretty good basic guide. I would also add that the major jungle objective timers are at the top of the tab screen and that you can insert the current time of them into chat by clicking on them, which can help your team be more aware of what objectives are coming up in the jungle. I played the game for years before I figured out the clicking trick that no one ever mentioned to me. And also that if you manage to use smite to last hit the large and epic creatures, you get an XP bonus. (NOT obvious and a bit critical when you are needing to farm up XP!)

I'm started league last year and from then til now I'm so much better, because I lost a ton of matches but practiced basics on my fave Champs, the only one on my pool that's meta is Pantheon but point is get comfortable with you champion pool so you can learn these things gauss if you can't even play your champ right what's the point of learning how to jungle if you can't even use Warwick right
