I actually ordered this heat press. The only thing is that the power cord sits directly on the top of the press which is hot. That concerns me.

I have a problem with it...I just bought it and try it with the disc to sublimate on plates...then when I switched back to the one for tshirts it's so low now and it wont close properly anymore...I have adjusted the handle for the pressure all the way to up and nothing...its just so low that not even a paper will fit under...do you know how can I fix this problem?
