i have a cheap head unit doesn't have the crossover feature but i have some expensive apline door speakers i just installed would this head unit make them sound better?
Kenwood has lines built in but most cameras also have lines. They are pretty useless as they are not calibrated like OEM just a generalized idea of distance. Check your camera and see if it has a white and green wire loop that either needs cut or put together near the camera itself to add the lines. Echomaster, Rydeen, AIS and most other universal cameras come with lines.
Most German cars the lines are built into the radio and use the vehicles canbus system to do the guide lines. Most aftermarket cameras have stationary lines and there are a few dynamic line cameras with gyros built into the cams like the AIS UDLCAM AISinterface.com

No it integrates just like a factory if you have an OEM camera. My camera is aftermarket anyway.

I use waze as well!! Do you have to have WiFi or a hotspot for it to use waze?
No it works my mirroring select apps from your phone on the display.
Would you still recommend buying this unit?
Sorry I missed your question. For the $ yes. I prefer wireless CarPlay but for the money it’s a solid unit.
