  • Dr. Tibor Racz explains, in detail, the technique he uses for treating trigeminal neuralgia for his patients. This neuralgia usually presents as headaches, facial pain, and pain radiating across the jaw. He discusses the anatomy of the three trigeminal branches, osseous structures to use as land marks, needle placement and advancement, and use of fluoroscope with patient positioning. He also discusses his preferences for injectates with his recommended volumes, expected out comes, and possible complications and how to avoid them.
