- Wedding Food on Globalecentre is continued with Ambala Wedding Food in Haryana or we can call it Haryanvi wedding food. It was a Wedding with Hindu rituals and 100% Veg Food in Haryana.
I was invited by Mr. Shrikant Sharma (Inspector Chandigarh Police). He taken every care in my shoot and stay in Ambala while the Dua family who were the actual host and Mr Narender Dua (Bride's brother) was very helpful and welcoming.
This entire feast was cooked by Mr Aman (Aman Caterers). Aman was a good professional and his experience in food could be seen in his body language while working.

We r from ambala city....ambala city's culture,food, language,PPL are all Punjabi.....and not haryanvi...we share Punjab border in just 2 km... So neither we speak haryanvi,nor our traditions r from haryana, though our map has claimed ambala with haryana....by heart almost all the PPL r Punjabis..some from actually haryana have come and settled in ambala becoz of govt job....even they speak gud Punjabi with the locals
