  • In IICC (India Islamic Cultural Centre), there is a a restaurant powered by Karims. The best and most Royal Place to have Mughlai delicacies in Delhi.
They invited me and presented a whole goat roasted and stuffed with biryani, Kababs, Haleem, Kadai Gosht Prawn and much more.
Mutton Mandi is a bit different dish but it was quite similar to that.

@@saubhikbhattacharjee6023 those who don’t accept the truth keep fighting like we are fighting.
Once everyone accepts the truth - there is no fighting.
Example - Indonesia - it is the largest Islamic country in the world by population but still it prints Ganeshji on its currency because they have accepted the truth about their ancestors and hence there is friction.
But sadly in India - most of our friends don’t want to accept the reality of their ancestors - they want to keep telling themselves and the world that they are the progeny of Afghans, Turks, Arabs, Mongols - basically everyone except Hindus.
And they want us to believe that all opulence, culture, architecture, prosperity of India is only due to their forefathers - the Mughals.
They don’t realise that with the advent of digital media- the truth is now available for everyone to see and they have become nothing but a butt of jokes.

Rich food, rich culture, education, art, defense, stability, law and order and many more things. That is the reason they were able to rule for that long period of time.

Yahya bhai, I'm your subscriber (and big fan) from Centurion, South Africa. I have been following your vlogs for many weeks now, but today is the first time I am commenting. First of all, I believe your vlogging is nothing short of poetry. I unfortunately don't follow Urdu, but I can pickup the royalness of your language, your diction/pronunciation and use of impeccable words that elevate your vlogs to a completely different level. The way you describe food and the making of food, is an audio-visual treat. Great content, superb editing and storyboarding - just amazed by your presentations.
Keep well, stay safe and please continue to share your jewels in days ahead. Your videos are a big hit within our Indian community in Johannesburg 🙏🙏🙏

I was there at Islamic cultural centre in Kareem’s December 2021 with Ali Ather & friends Ali suggested us to have this whole lamb dish Mandi, the taste was good but the lamb was cold & we didn’t find there service good. This expensive dish should have heating arrangement as I have seen in UAE & this dish deserves to sit on ground according to sunnah then one should enjoy this dish properly because I didn’t find this dish good on table. Rest this vlog was beautiful & Ali Ather’s presence was awesome...💖

Video is beautiful, narrator and narration superb 👌, as for whole 🐐 was concerned, technically it shouldn't be boiled, it will take all the yakhne out, it should be roasted in Tanoor with its own fat on low heat. But chef knows better what he is doing. The method I mentioned is typical in Pashtoons.

@@faisalhussain9725 it doesn't smell bad if cooked properly. But if it's a big piece of meat you need to cook for a long time at low heat. But if you do that outside dries out and inside is still under cooked. To get the right blend it's marinated well with a tenderising ingridents and kept for hours. Typically hours. The animal also needs sufficient fat but still be small that is rarely found in the small goats available in India even the sheep available here most don't have this quality. However after all that there is another step. If you cook for long time and the steam escapes it will become dry on outside. So solution is to seal the cooking vessel area. While ensuring it doesn't become a steaming operation. That is possible only by using the Dum method ie having heat in top of a sealed vessel . Since it's a large dish easiest way to acheive all this is a tandoor like structure in ground. With a large opening and a large metal lid on top which also has fire.
It's done in many Arab countries, many Central Asian countries and also in Peshawar area of Pakistan.
