Blackened Catfish Tacos On The Blackstone Griddle

Alright ya'll I broke out my Blackstone for the first time this year and it was a very enjoyable experience. I took some nice catfish fillets and rubbed them down with my homemade blackening seasoning and put them on the hot griddle with some melted butter and then put together some amazing catfish tacos.
