My own version of sweet and sour sauce is oil, catsup, BrownSugar, oyster sauce, slur (cornstart +water)

your dad has spent too much time in the USA... REAL sweet and sour sauce use ORANGE AND STAR ANISE and precook the oranges NOT PINEAPPLE!!! AND KETCHUP..!!! red food color is used

It doesn’t belong on CZcams, just trying to mimic formats like on instagram and tiktok etc which probably does try to market to idiot kids with short attention spans but it’s to the detriment of the quality of CZcams overall with content creators feeling they have to push out filler shit in shorts format to bring in views.
I get that and agree. It's just how the world is right now. People don't have attention spans. It's happening all over the internet. For example, if you wrote a really long blog, you'd be less likely to have people read it all. Makes digital marketing a lot easier but also causes a lot of junk content to litter the internet. (This content isn't junk, imo. I followed the link posted in the comments and made it for dinner lol)
