- This has been one of the neatest projects we've taken on to date. We did this build on site at a private pond where the boat will stay forever. It was four long days in the sun, but the project turned out amazing. It involved tearing one old floating raft down into parts and pieces, building a 12' wide pontoon using a new set of toons and cross member pieces the customer had on site. Four Pontoons for buoyancy, beautiful vinyl flooring, and a gazebo...doesn't get much better than that!

I would build one that can expand 8 foot to 12 with a push of a button. Now that would be a game changer...
It's been done! There's actually a patent out there for a system that allows for a pontoon to expand to wider widths on the water. Haven't seen them in production, but it's a thing!

It’s a spring fed gravel pit that was finished being dug about 10 years ago. It’s incredible!
