Ricky Nelson was and still is my favorite Singer. I'm 68 now and still like to sing his songs in the shower 😁. His tragic death was a blow to me I don't usually feel much emotion but that did affect me.😢. "Rest in God's loving arms Rick"
So are his children. I highly recommend attending a concert with Gunnar and Matthew. Excellent concert, very personable and down to earth gentlemen and they mingle with the fans after the concert!! THE BEST👍👍👍👍👍
I like the piano in this version better than the horns in the original. It's not often a performer just keeps getting better but Rick Nelson did, and he was no slouch at the beginning of his career.

I remember growing up listening to RN, black & white TV, & gigging several of his tunes, including this one, in a country band in S Florida in about '73. Good stuff.
I remember watching the TV show Ozzie and Harriet which were his parents He and his brother were on the show too Ricky sang on the show some The first time I saw him sing with a band was on American Bandstand He was a real good looking guy and died way way too young and leaving his three small children RIP RIP Ricky 🙏❤
All I can say is Rick Nelson could never never be beat by anyone then or now in his gorgeous looks his greatest voice of all times and I no he is singing with the beautiful angles in Heaven now and His savior is enjoying him as much as they are.

I was in the 2nd or 3rd grade and carried her books home every day knowing that Id be Ricky Nelson some day.
When Ricky was killed in the plane crash. We lost a true talented man. He was wonderful. Beautiful sexy man. Rest in peace
