Sorry to be cliche, but "JUST DO IT!" Is my favorite. The video you have of that particular clip I have watched over and over for inspiration. It hits so close to home.

Ten rule for success
1: Be willing to break yourself physically, mentally, emotionally
2: surround yourself with people who have your best interest at heart and are 200% smarter than you
3: Be educated in something your good at
4: don't have yes men
5: take criticism
6: believe in what you are doing
7: know what you want
8: start small
9: Be brutally honest with yourself and it's ok to be afraid
10: Don't live beyond your means
