Coincidentally if you enable the What If mode cheat code the fog generators tops turn into bananas.
The first what if? mode was better. had extra charecters appearing.
Its looks like the studio couldn't pay for Marvel characters.

Could be that 2 Enter Electro was developed by a different studio, 1st game was Neversoft and the 2nd game was Vicarious Visions

Coming off the Spider-Man 1 what if mode I have to say, this makes modern video game Easter eggs seem lazy as all hell lol. I mean they had fully voice acted Easter eggs along with their models. As an Easter egg hunter myself in games these are the definitive classics🤙🏾

The only "What if" I have about Spider-man 2 is what if Neversoft and Activision had developed it instead of Vicarious. This game felt so off when I played it compared to the first one.
