@@onelmstreet8839that really how u suppose to Shadow box, even when your gloves your hands are slightly open to catch and generate more speed. U close your hand at the snap of the punch because if tighten your muscles you will telegraph and slow your punching speed down. Most boxer have little weights in the palm of their hand when they shadow boxing
