- The sex worker who reportedly dated the accused Gilgo Beach serial killer spoke to the Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy about her experience with Rex Heuermann. Nikkie Brass detailed her encounter with the alleged serial killer and how he "weirded her out" when he talked about the Long Island killings. Brass said she believed he was the murderer all along.

14:43 for those who don’t know what “weird drink” she’s talking about, some bars have a system in place where you can “order” a specific drink at the bar (I’ve seen it called an Angel Shot, some places might also call it something else). But it’s not an actual drink, it’s really a code word to tell the bar you feel you’re in danger and you need the bars assistance to leave the bar/get home/call the police. If you order an Angel shot neat it means you need someone to walk you to your car. On ice means you need them to call an Uber or taxi. And with lime/with a twist means you need the bar to call the police.
She spoke so respectfully about the victims and their humanity.
I can't believe the police haven't bent over backwards to talk to her. She might be able to tell them something even she doesn't realize is important.
It shouldn’t matter what the “occupation” of these women were. They r just like anyone else with hopes, dreams, families. Nobody deserves to be murdered and thrown away like a piece of trash. Thk goodness this girl followed her gut feelings and ran as far as she could.
Thank God she didn’t go home with him, the comments on here are so mean. Maybe she is high or just the way she talks. but nobody is perfect. I admire her for getting out of the industry.

I definitely believe her. Even though she has a unique voice affectation, in all of her interviews she has never stumbled on answers or paused to think about how to respond. To me she is very honest and truthful and I think she's awesome.
Say what you want about this chick but she seems pretty smart and extremely empathetic. It's amazing that she spoke up for the victims. What they did for a living does not concern me when they were viciously murdered by a monster. May they all rest in peace.
Interesting that she mentions a "hammer." Remember in the Bonjour Realty interview when asked if he could be a tool, what would he be, and he responds "cabinet maker's hammer"?

Some people are really harsh. She has said on TT that she takes psychiatric meds and has a slight speech impediment, but that she’s also sleep deprived from having a newborn and doing so many interviews. I guess some just like to assume the worst.

This girls instincts are spot on! I definitely agree that unfortunately this man has killed many more women than we know about. I am surprised more women haven't came forward with these same types of encounters with this man. Im sure he didn't kill every girl he encountered, and there are others out there that got away. Anyways, Im glad Nikki listened to her instincts and kept her wits about her. Im sure it saved her life.
The lesson here is this: LISTEN TO YOUR GUT. DON'T IGNORE YOUR INSTINCTS. They are there for a reason.
This lady speaks so monotone, but she is very well spoken and seeminly very smart. I'm happy she has made her way in life as a hairstylist and makeup artist, and was able to get out of the "industry"!

I believe her. I usually don’t believe people who pop up after an arrest but she seems credible and her reasons for not talking to cops make total sense.

I BELIEVE her!! She’s now a mother that seems to have done well for herself since her days of being an escort in 2015, so she really has more to lose than to just gain 10 minutes of temporary fame by coming forward about her past!! That said, it’s such a heartbreaking SHAME that Suffolk County LE that conducted the initial investigations of these murders basically just wrote their murders off as a “risk of the business they were in” and never bothered to follow up on some good leads they were initially provided!! God BLESS all of those who formed the new multi-agency task force as their hard work and diligence will hopefully bring at least some sense of closure for the families and loved ones of these victims!!

I'm thinking her not drinking, to relax all her bad vibes, was probably very significant... I mean, she did everything right... He is a narcissist and relish in what he’s doing. From what she said it really sounds like he would talk like then then during SA/killing them he would openly brag and tell them all he did. That’s a chilling way to spend your final minutes 😢
For everyone speculating on her sobriety, she says in the interview that she has a newborn and is exhausted. Prolonged sleep exhaustion can look like this. Sounds like she is working hard as a mom.
I'm glad she's not working as an escort and changed her life. This young woman could be an important witness in this case especially if her name comes up on Rex's computer.

People neglect to acknowledge that prostitution is the oldest career and there wouldn’t be a market for prostitution if men didn’t hire them. Why doesn’t society place the blame on the men hiring prostitutes instead of blaming the prostitutes? It’s simply because women are the easier target. It makes zero sense.
Thank goodness she has strong instincts and intuition and the smarts to do what she needed to get the hell out of there. She was on his list the moment she agreed to meet him. I’m proud of her for talking about it to honor the victims that everyone else just refers to as prostitutes like they aren’t even human.

Why do people think this girl is high? She is calm, not fidgety, articulate, concrete thoughts, not rambling, answering questions, and able to give clear insight into the dynamics. Her voice is nasal because she talks through her nose , like some New Yorkers.
Nikkie Brass is very brave to share this with the world, and she's 100% right in her opinion and reasons for sharing her perspective. I think she hasn't been hounded by LE because they don't want too much information about this case coming out, particularly the info about Shannan Gilbert. Her statements here would force LE to link the crimes after years of insisting there is no link despite the exact same MO. Heuerman probably had help.

First and foremost, Im glad this woman listened to her gut. Had she chose to meet him at his home, or leave with him like he wanted, she might not be here today..
Secondly, many of these comments are judgemental, rude and in my opinion, disgusting.. Why are women held to some imaginary higher standard than men? Why do people assume because a woman is an Escort, or a dancer, she must be on drugs or alcohol? Why do people assume because a woman is beautiful, she must of had plastic surgery? Why do women tear other women down without knowing their story? As women we should be supporting one another and lifting eachother up, not picking eachother apart.. This woman has given up that lifestyle - for whatever reason - and is now a mother. Praise her for that. Sounding drugged is not the same as being drugged people. People speak differently. I guess I assume that law and crime network would take this stuff seriously enough I trust they are vetting people before they interview and post videos

Also did anyone else notice… Nicky said the police called her for an interview and she missed it but was going to be interviewed in the next week or two, but at the end of the show, Angenette Levy said she contacted to police for comment and the department said if Nicky has any info, to contact the department for an interview.
Sounds to me like the police never called her to begin with. That just strikes me as a red flag.

As weird as this sounds, most people who interact with a serial killer live to tell about it. It could be he was having a bout of remorse that day, or that she reminded him of someone he was fond of, or maybe he was coming down with a cold. I'm glad she lived through her interaction with him and that she's brave enough to tell about it.
