Planting the gifted Apple tree with Ivars placenta and that georgeous bouquet of wild flowers was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. ❤

The little wooden storage chest may need to be secured to the wall. As soon as Ivar starts climbing and opening things, Ivar may open the little drawer to climb then then it could tip over on him. They advise securing any type of dresser to a stud in the wall. One solid secure storage, a happy and safe Ivar....❤

😂 i was worried also about tne cabinet toppling down on him. It is the mother/worrier in us. What a lovely family. I love the shots of Ivar sitting by himself on the ground with the vibrant gorgeous colors of the land and plants and his clothing. He is a beautiful, happy baby. Seems very contented and secure. It makes me peaceful & calm to watch these wonderful videos. Beautiful scenery. Seems a very fulfilling and happy life. God bless you all. 😘💕

I know no words of Swedish but I do enjoy hearing you talk it. You have changed my impressions of the country of Sweden. I traveled through there in 1969 when I was a student and went up to Kiruna on the ore train and across to Narvik. Even back then I found the prices in Sweden unaffordable for myself, a poor student on a Eurailpass. Ivar, you make me smile a LOT! Thank you.
Watching this brings me to tears! It is a visual meditation for me! Every person on this planet would benefit from some time with you both modeling how you are merged with Mother Nature! Harmony is weaved through all of these experiences that you share with us! Namaste 🙏
Love the moment when Ivar touches the cow's nose, I literally smiled from ear to ear and my heart melted. You both are remarkable people and even though it's a very hard way of life you are blessed to live this way. I've never heard of planting a tree with the placenta to celebrate the birth of Ivar before, is that a traditional thing to do? Also a wonderful moment 💚

The opening shots of the Autumn and waterfall is beautiful. Seeing how you and everyone in the village lives, is like a different world, peaceful, slow pace (though a lot of hard work is involved I am sure). Ivar is growing up so quickly. Frasee is a HUGE cat, even larger than my boy Pumpkin. We were taught, erroneously, that the fall leaf color changes only occur along the Eastern seaboard of the US. It’s crazy the misinformation provided by our educational system. Ivar is such a happy baby; always smiling. I love seeing him growing. Thanks. I too enjoy and appreciate antique furniture, but unfortunately, it’s no longer valued in the US; the younger generation wants chrome, glass and new stuff. I recently used a bookshelf I’ve had since I was a very young child as a clothes shelf in my travel trailer. With a little imagination you can repurpose almost anything. I love your videos. Thanks 💖💕

Fika is actually a bit more than just coffee to us Swedes. It's essentially a coffee break but it's more about making time to socialise and bond with your friends, family or co-workers. Exactly what you eat or drink during fika isn't really important, could be tea, coffee, cake or cookies. Preferably it should at least be home made! 😁

Love your videos. Ivar is growing so fast and looks to be a very happy baby. You mentioned your electric usage/solar in the previous video. You have that beautiful stream near by. Ever think of building a small water wheel, using an old car alternator converted to a permanent magnetic alternator/generator to generate electricity? It's another way to charge batteries and works 24/7 unlike solar. Just a thought.

Have you heard of Joel Salatin? Very smart man, he has a lot of the answers you are looking for regarding grazing your animals. Or Justin Rhodes (he is on CZcams) Joel is the inspiration for how Justin farms. Both very intelligent men with awesome ideas for improving the land, the animals etc

I just wanted to cry watching you nourish your new tree with your placenta. I had my daughters dehydrated and powdered and put in capsules for her.

This is so children don't pull the furniture over on themselves as they begin to pull themselves up as they learn to stand and walk. I am loving seeing Ivar grow so quickly. Thank you.

As a midwife of many years I congratulate you on your lovely home birth. It takes courage and calmness. The tear you sustained was not because you were in too much of a hurry but is a normal consequence of birth.
Those trees!!!! HOW is there that much color in them?! Those video images were absolutely STUNNING. Gorgeous. Awe inspiring, and breathtakingly beautiful. And I will gladly "endure" a lot more of it. I also loved the low fast flying. I love it way more than "too high". The big overall picture is wonderful, but going through the trees, (or almost) is like a complete rollercoaster ride when you also put in low fast field shots. It's as if we're literally sitting on the back of the drone. So cool! It's great to pretend to be a dragonfly and almost sit in the top of the tree.... ;-))
I hope you find the little gremlin that makes it crash.
- Request: You putting some subtitles in English underneath your Swedish. I would LOVE to be able to "hear" what Tova says to Ivar, but also other times, it's nice to learn a Swedish word or two, or get a good "feeling" for what you are saying. So, please? Subtitles for Swedish?
- The fermenting looks yummy, but is all of it sour? I've never fermented anything before.
- Furniture. I love anything made from wood. Real wood. Plastic cán be nice, but not for living in it.

A complete joy to watch you and your husband enjoy your beautiful baby - praying God’s great mercy and grace to help you with your hardships on your farm - we ranch here in Texas but we don’t have the weather extremes you do - but hardships still abound - hay crops can be thin due to droughts or insects (army worms for one) - birthing issues - fences needing to be mended - the list can go on and on - however the wonderful lifestyle overrides the hardships by a long shot ! We survive by God’s ( Creator of the universe) immeasurable mercy and grace ! Love from the great state of Texas!

Barimoli Fido jars! I purchased 1000+ 3L and 1000+ .5L jars (the square shape take less space and give more volume that the round one). Drilled holes in 100 tops with a diamond hole saw and use airlocks for fermenting. Wishing now I had more of the 3L jars.
