My daughter and I just got home from Vegas this morning. We stayed at the Flamingo on the 27th floor. It was probably one of the best views in Vegas and the room was really nice. Thank you for your videos. They were a big help.

I lived in Seattle and had been a fan of Starbucks for years but now I feel like there are better choices. How about some local coffee shops that have decent pastery selections and single orgin coffee and less sugary drinks so you don't kill of your customers. Healthy smoothies maybe?
You need to go to the arts district. Makers and Finders is good. Urth in Wynn but it's not cheap and the lineups are crazy.

9:41 you only have to be MGM Pearl to park for free. with MGM Gold you get free valet parking as well

I'll see Fontainbleu for the first time this spring. Looking forward to seeing it and Durango. I wish they had put something in that plain white disc on the ceiling of Fontainbleu though. Strange to see that white circle without any fancy lights or painting or gold applied.
YES PLEASEEEE use circular walking bridges, it makes so much sense to connect an entire intersection rather than having sharp 90 degree angles

Hey Ruby, last time we came to Vegas we drove past this street on our way to Freemont from the strip. It was close to Freemont, maybe a couple of blocks or so. Lots of people seams to be walking there. They had string lights across all over and it looked like a cute area with lots of restaurants and pubs. Any chance you know what it was called. We'd like to check it out on our next visit in 3 weeks. I think it was on main street but can't be certain. Seamed pretty safe as tons of people were walking around there. Even though in the past I was told to NEVER venture outside of Freemont. Thanks!

We are heading to Vegas for the first time on the 31st of Jan. Traveling all the way from the UK.
What sort of clothes do we need for that time of year??
Over the last 15 to 20 years I have watched Vegas slowly be lobotomised with the untheming of resorts, replacement of novelty attractions with retail and an insane amount of new restaurants. Don't get me wrong, I love that it keeps evolving and the food scene there compared to a decade ago is a hundred times better but it's a shame that it really just looks like any other big city at street level or any other hotel chains inside the rooms.
Pre-empting the comments: Yes I know there are some exceptions but compared to 15 year ago is what I'm talking about and yes I know that the resort are enormous and dominate the skyline but I'm specifically talking about street level without looking up or in the background. And finally yes I know I might be exaggerating a bit but it's how I remember the strip of old.
I know what you mean. My favorite parts of Vegas are the more exotic themes, and even though I do appreciate big beautiful modern glass skyscrapers, high themeing still reigns supreme in my book.

How is the weather in the first weeks of April planning on a trip?
Ruby, you have done a great job in tips on finding good slots and cheap eats. The thing I need to know is how to increase my loyalty rewards on the my Vegas slots app. I know every day you log on you get loyalty point. On the app the loyalty points have some yellow covering the amt. of points. I don't know if all the numbers count or just the ones not covered. FOR EX.- I HAVE 45,000 points but the 4 has some yellow over it. How many points do I really have. If you know any other way I can get more points, please show me the way. What’s coming to Vegas the week of may 19 to may 26. Had my rooms booked at belligo fit the week tried to change to aria they wanted an average of $250.00 a night.

Ruby, have you been to the Punk Rock Museum or the Mob Museum? I went to both places when I was in Las Vegas in August. Both of are really cool museums and they both have bars. I especially liked the bar in the Punk Rock Museum because I got to drink cheap beer while listening to L7 and Sonic Youth.🤘

We are going to Vegas in August we're thinking the Planet Hollywood I would like to upgrade to a suite should I leave it to the £20 trick or should just say something at the counter and give him a bit more
MGM Pearl and above get free self parking, also military and veterans, get this put on your rewards card and you will get free parking as well no matter what tier you are. Gold and above get free valet parking. Use your rewards card when exiting the parking garage, not your room key.
We just saw the volcano on Wednesday January 3rd.

I really liked the comedy cellar at The Rio. Only downside is it's the Rio. Tropicana has the laugh factory and there was Brad Garrets comedy club in MGM grand but I think that closed, but I'd double check.

Well, lucky me as I dropped in to Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. when I was there Thanksgiving weekend. All the current and future bridges are great - even moreso when the escalators are working.
