Everton FC will soon move from their historic ground, Goodison Park. They'll be moving into a new 52,888 seater stadium in the Bramley Moore Dock area of Northern Liverpool.
In this video I explored both sites and delved into a few facts about Goodison Park as Everton prepare to say goodbye in 2024/25.

I have loved Everton all my life, i live in the Bahamas, there are many Bahamian blues, i am going to go to England to Goodison before it is vacated, dont care how much a ticket costs 👍🇧🇸

No stadium will ever fully replace Goodison. It’s a special place and there are not many left like it. Our owners/board obviously know the tradition and morals of the club and it really says something about them that they are turning Goodison into a community hub and not selling it out to a random company to make flats etc. I love this club💙

This stadium is where a lot of innovative aspects were introduced. Think about what you see when you enter the stadium, and some things you can’t see. One of the most historic and pioneering ground in world football!
It was the first purpose built football stadium in the world!

Iconic is right, visitors say it’s Quiet, it can be but we have suffered a lot of the years and we expect so much. Some of the best times of my life have been here. One was when we beat Bayern Munich totally electric. Ps first club to have corner flags and floodlights. I love Everton and I will be a blue until I die.COYB. Thanks for a great video.

I think the last great atmosphere (and I mean proper amazing atmosphere) was the Fiorentina second leg. I heard a Fiorentina fan that was there say it seemed like both the crowd and the team (EFC) were on steroids that nite.
BTW Its nice to see the 14-15 crest again. I think we should have just stuck with it instead of going for a redesign.

Bramley-Moore Dock will generate sad though it is that they need to move to do so nother one of the old ladys ( Stadiums) soon to be gone in the comeing years.

Oh yes great video love it I’m a big evertonian and so is my dad I’m Matthew and my dad is Peter. We love coming the match gutted about lockdown haven’t been able to go for over a year now. I love the ground and what they are doing with it when we leave for bramley Moore dock. Will be amazing for the whole of Liverpool’s city creating thousands of jobs

Saw the comment about Hull City. My local team and would be decent. Their old stadium is now a housing estate named Boothferry Park Halt after the train station behind the ground that carried people to the ground. Recently there was remains of the old Hull City stadium that had been found, not sure how accessible it is but the pictures looked pretty good and amazing considering the age.

@@richardevans7035 I do know every English football club down to tier 10 but not the stadium names. I created a Geoguessr map with all of Britain's stadiums from Premier League down to non-league (tier 20).

More famous Goodison trivia - because it was used as a mustering ground in WW2, it was a legit military target (not that that bothered the Luftwaffe, those utter swine) and one night a football loving bomber pilot who had been ordered to level Goodison couldn't bear to do it, and he didn't want to risk hitting Anfield, so he dumped his bomb load right in the middle of Stanley Park. Goering must have been pissed!

Hi Footy Adventures I’m a Liverpool fan and a massive one as well I’ve been a Liverpool fan since Suarez joined Liverpool before this all I was watching was championship league 1 and 2 but I definitely did watched the 2011/12 season where augero goal vs qpr was the greatest ever premier league winning goal During that season and watching premier league championship league 1 and 2 I release English football really is something special That’s all I’ve watched ever since
Before this I was a massive Celtic fan always watched their games especially the old firm ones as well
Every since I’ve been watching English football I’ve lost interest in the Scottish premier league
I’m saying the following as a premier league fan massive respect to Everton this season they’ve done ✅ massively better than Liverpool this season Everton have played some brilliant football this season and Liverpool’s season has been a shambles this season and a one to forget really

Everton were the first ever club to win the Football league trophy which is now given to winners of the championship. before you write in and tell me Preston won it for the first two years after it's start in 1888...allow me to educate you. when Preston won it 1889 and 1890 they only gave out medals not the trophy which was made when Everton claimed it in 1891...'AND IF ..YOU KNOW..YER HISTORY!'

@@bluegoon4206 As an Everton fan Upton Park was my favorite ground to visit, tons of atmosphere, the crowd right up on the pitch another proper football ground, I remember having a talk with the great Bobby Moore one Saturday when we were playing them, we got beat that day Peter Braybrooke got a hat trick beat us 3-2 that day If I'm not mistaken we were winning 0-2. Slunk home by bunking the train from Euston I had hitch Hiked down on the Friday night. Those were the days.

Everton have been talking about a new stadium for 25 years. That site will have student apartments on it within 5 yrs
