If I can be so bold as to make a suggestion, I would put some nails or screws under the shelves to hang some more things on. You have a nice blank space there and also that big basket on the floor would be great to go ahead and set the mirror in or some signs in. People Love to flip through some of my artwork and mirrors that I keep in pieces like large baskets or boxes that I’m also selling but it’s a great way to get more items in my booth and people feel like they are finding treasures by getting to flip through them . also, I carry a little box in my car with nails screws, a little hammer and screwdriver and command strips that way whenever I go to my booth I always have some tools in case I need them. I just keep it in my car under the seat. That is just my two cents worth, which I wouldn’t even have if I hadn’t discovered your channel and decided because of you to go out and get what’s mine. Thank you😊

I’m a retired nurse in my late fifties and would have never even dreamt of doing this at my age and with the mobility issues I have r/t health. But I did it and it has been so fun and profitable. There is no way I can thank her enough. 😁
Great suggestions! Big baskets/bins below those wall shelves would be great for items gathered together, like art, jars, linens, etc. I was thinking she could also stage some small items on top of the rattan bed tray, or tuck some of the blue canning jars into the stands/tiered baskets in the front of the booth.
I was going to say something as well about the booth as well, but @lesliespradley8897 said it well!

I like that approach " How much for the wall pocket" Seller "10$" "Oh that is pretty as I set it back on the table" I always feel awkward asking how much then I dont buy it lol😂.... But adding a compliment seems to make me feel better 😊

Remember, Byers Choice can always be taken back to the factory in Chalfont for the “the hospital” for repairs. I have had to take a few back because my cat use to carry it around. Never a charge

Creepy Crawlers! that was my first shot at reselling.....I was in the third/fourth grade and would make those creepy crawlers in my basement, put safety pins in their back while cooking them, or a round washer for a pendant, and ring blanks to make them into rings and sell them in elementary school.
Every time I go to a thrift store, I say to myself I’m going out and getting what’s mine. You go out and get what’s yours🥰🦋

The 3 seagulls in the bag at the flea market are from Home Interiors. The little holes on the back are for hanging on a nail on the wall. I had a set back in the day. They were very cute in a grouping.

Tiny lil’ suggestion - perhaps consider creating a small “booth kit” that lives in your car at all times? I’ve not had a booth so not sure all that you’d need.

Heavy duty plate holder/easel thingys’. Lol

You could hang 3 or 4 hooks under that set of shelves to hang baskets
I loved making the bugs and the flowers. I also had the set that makes all the parts to make a little skeleton that you put together. And it made 2 parts of a shrunken head that you had little hair to come out of the top.
When they were discontinuing them, my mom favorite little Heidi hole type toy store where he had all these old things and I got probably 40 bottles of that plastic. I'm surprised I never got any major Burns or set the house on fire.
It's really amazing. The kind of dangerous toys they let us play with and so many of us lived to old age.
I think at some point what I would do is put all the mixing bowls in the KitchenAid and the glasses together on one side so it looks like a mini kitchen. Anything that you have like grinders in put it on a little table with a tablecloth on it to display it.
Yes, table cloth or an old twin sheet folded which would of course be for sale too. This adds color and attracts the eye.

Try not to put baskets on the floor. I've had experience with customers accidentally stepping on them 😟
25:10 I really like the gazelle wall hanging! I love unique wall hangings that are a little unexpected to hang on a gallery wall to break up the monotony of the art frames. The camera angle in the booth was perfect! I wanted to be helping you so badly while you were rearranging the booth. I had a business for years where I helped people set up & re-organize their booth spaces. I absolutely love merchandising! 😊
Old trunks work great to put framed artwork in, in the antique booth 😊

The pigs were very cute. They are British Saddleback pigs. You are not primitive Karen, you are vintage just like me. lol It is surprisingly, very difficult to dress a booth to be eye catching and draw people in.
Agree, that's why so many booths are crampy to walk through. Some are claustrophobic.

Karen, in your booth have you thought of having a 4 foot stand up shelf under the wall shelving? There's stuff on the floor but a big empty space on the wall as you look down at all of that. Perhaps you might fit some of that on a short stand up shelf instead of having it all on the floor. Also the charger behind the picture frame kinda makes me nervous. It's beautiful along with those matching candle holders, but the picture frame partially covering it is hard on the eyes. I had a booth for over 15 years at a local shop here in San Jose and I know how hard it can be to keep it looking tidy, so I do not say any of this with criticism....but I would probably ditch those huge Egg Bowls and bring them out next Easter because they do take up a lot of space. I loved the Flea Market trip!!! Thank you!!

Could you hang a latter on top across the booth. Would be perfect to hang baskets from. I’ve seen them like that in other booths. Everything looks lovey.
There are beams overhead but I think it’s a safety hazard because taller people would hit into hanging items

I had to pause. Why in the world would the dealer tell you that the Frankoma cookie jar was lidless? I mean I have never in my 67 years seen a cookie jar (to purchase) without a lid!! I do believe she told a fib Karen. The lid keeps the cookies fresher correct ???
I think she meant it’s a cookie jar that is missing the lid. Lol

The lid probably was dropped by a kid nervously sneaking a cookie. That's what made the cookie jar lid less! 😂

Love the duck planters at the flea market and that fat jug in your space! The dried specimen you thought was a lichen is actually a Turkey tail mushroom (Trametes versicolor) and it is a shelf fungus (a Polypore). Happy shopping and selling, Karen!

That market basket is very popular…I have one with artificial ivy coming out of it and on top of my kitchen cabinets looks great. I would also put those other baskets stacked in the big one…people like to dig in

When you ask "who's making" an item I will bet most of the time these things are vintage enough to ask who "MADE" the item (past tense) because these things are likely out of production. IMO, Byers Choice is one step up from Annalee dolls and I don't get the popularity of either.

Those wall pocket baskets are great for holding dog poop bags and dog shoes, I have one hanging right by my front door.

Love your booth. Maybe you could attach some nails or hooks on the beams across the top of the booth for baskets or something. The baskets on the hamper kind of hide the hamper, maybe put something smaller on the hamper?
Growing up we used to play that masterpiece game in the 70's.
Hi Karen, I think those ephemera images on the sheets of paper are "scraps". My mother had those as a young girl and they would glue them onto screens etc in a collage. It's where we get the term scrapbook from she says. Love your flea market videos ❤
Great video everything was so pretty there at your booth. Have you thought about a large hutch with open doors at the The booth put everything in and sit Things on. I think that would utilize the space a little more for you
