想说点自己的一些看法，之所以好多文明的文献当中会记载大洪水的传说，是因为在古代农耕生产是形成人类集聚生活创造文明的最有利的条件，而适合农耕的地方大都依河而居，当然汛期来临很容易就会给古村落造成灭顶之灾，古人完全是用自己的双眼来认知世界的，当在平原看到无边的洪水的时候就会以为是整个世界被淹没。最古老的四大文明古国当中，古代埃及（尼罗河流域），古代中国（黄河流域），古代印度（恒河流域），古巴比伦（两河流域）都是依河而居发展起来的文明，有大洪水的记载不足为怪。 中国的儒和道并不是像西方那样的宗教，儒道以前古华夏人是祖先崇拜和自然崇拜，因为农耕生产，一代又一代人总结的经验就显得很重要，于是进步的农耕技术与经验可以来养活更多的人口，自然而然的就会觉得祖先们很了不起产生祖宗崇拜；农耕的另一个重要组成就是天时，简单来讲就是会不会风调雨顺，在那个时代天时不好会死人的，而那时候的人类与天时唯一的互动就是祈祷，也就产生了自然崇拜。 儒和道说到底就是在农耕社会发展到一定阶段对祖先崇拜和自然崇拜的一种整合与发展，从而形成的古代中国社会的伦理道德以及对自然的哲学理解。 上帝一词指皇天上帝，是俗语老天爷的正式称谓，场合不同也有不同名字，如天帝，昊天，太一等等，他不是唯一神而是至高神。是华夏人基于对祖先和自然崇拜的主观人格化，大家都是他的子孙。先秦统治者的称谓是天子，后来是皇帝，意思都是上帝的唯一代表。其实华夏人的思想中，神与人是亲戚关系，我们是神的子孙。
