Same judge refused to accept a 420 charge when the wife lied about her qualification by saying that she is 12th pass while in reality she was only 10th pass. 😂😂😂
Section 496 defines the offence of fraud marriage the case was filed under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) i.e deals with cheating and dishonestly inducing someone to part with property. Also accusation towards the curruption of police depatment and also the accusation towards his mother in Law where non of it was filed in the Affidevite.
Uss aadmi ne galat section mai charge lagaya tha. Also, usne apni mother in law ke liye prostitute jaisa word use Kiya. Pure police department ko generalise karne ke baad corrupt bola. Then Judge Ahluwalia handled the situation very well and told him aapne bhi marriage se pehle advocate bataya apne aapko aur mera muh mat khulwaiye jab aapke paas 3-4 clients hi hai toh financial position aapki bhi strong nhi hai aur iske liye aapne bhi kya bola hoga. Woh aur uska advocate dono galat the. That is why they stepped back kyuki inhone ek women ka aur pure police department ka character assassinate kiya. That person was uneducated jisko advocate hone ke baad bhi nhi pta kis section mai kaunsa case file hoga. Toh aadhi adhuri information pr smart mat bno
Uss case ko pura dekhlo yha logo ko galat information Dene se pehle. Phir 😂 bhej lena. 420 section ki category mai nhi aata woh aur advocate hone ke baad bhi he didn't have basic knowledge that he cannot malign someone's character in court. But he did so saying mother in law is prostitute and entire police department is corrupt. That time Judge Ahluwalia pointed that out and he and his advocate had to step back because they were wrong. Aise toh tum kahi ka case khi le jaoge. Aur iss baare mai bhi bta do that as an advocate himself he merely had 3-4 clients jisko Judge Ahluwalia ne subtle tarah se yeh bhi bola tha ki aapne bhi apni exact financial position nhi batayi hogi toh sab sacchai mat bulwao yha pr. People like you don't understand anything in depth sirf bakwas karni hoti hai.

1 पति 5000 से ज्यादा ही कमाता होगा। stereo की वाइरिंग भी कोई सीधा सरल काम नहीं है।
2 इस बात का कोई जिक्र नहीं कि पत्नी क्यों नहीं कमा रही।
3 5000 में घर का खर्च चलना मुश्किल है, परंतु पति पत्नी दोनों कमाए और दोनों घर का काम करे तो 10000 में चल सकता है।
4 पति की इंकम यह है, वो स्किल्ड है या नहीं है, उसने शादी के समय पर मैट्रमोनीअल साइट पर क्या लिखा होगा, 5000 में घर चल सकता होगा या नहीं , यह सारे तो अनुमान और अंदेशा लगा लिए, पर पत्नी क्यों छोड़कर गई, काम क्यों नहीं कर रही, वो घर नहीं रहेगी तो घर का काम कौन करेगा , इस से पति की कमाने का समय कम होगा, इन बिंदुओं पर विचार तक नहीं हो रहा !

As per my limited understanding…Judges ko sab samajh ata he but procedure ye he ki lawyer ko ye batana padega kis law me kon se Supreme Court ke order ke hisab se …yehi Lawyer ka kam he aur isi bat ke ache lawyer bahut charge karte he …Judge kisi ko favor nhi kar sakte …dono side ke lawyer ko proof karna he
@@rajg4512 but in this video judge said that we can drive conclusion based on supreme court judgement, but what I believe that judge should refer the law first because supreme court judgements also can be altered based on situation & time.
If law section 125 clearly use word "spouse" then why even saying that - husband ne shadi kyu kiya agar maintain nahi kar sakta.
@@roughwork-jz9lh you are logically correct but sometimes there might be contradictory judgements available …that’s a tuff situation for anyone…you share one judgment opposite party will share other judgement…unfortunately things are not straightforward.

The purpose of any Law is to achieve justice but it can never address every conceivable human situation. Hence, the need of Judges to interpret the laws operation in a particular life situation.

up gov is paying 8000 to contract basis employee, But judge has no meaning of it because this or that male judges are SIMP ,
Please read sec 125 crpc, a wife who is unable to maintain herself , how an educted, abled body girl cannot maintain herself.

हाई कोर्ट का जज है और इतना पढ़ा लिखा तो आपके पूरे खानदान में नही होगा,
उनका काम है कानून के हिसाब से फैसला देना किसी को गलत लगे या सही, बाकी वो कुछ भी बोले एक पार्टी को तो गलत लगेगा ही,
अनस्किल्ड 5 लाख की गाड़ी में हाथ लगा के मिस्त्रियाई करता है पहली बार सुना,
वैसे ये आपको समझ आएगी नही क्योंकि अगर गाड़ी होती तो कभी न कभी काम कराया होता और पता होता की खर्चा कितना लगता है
दूसरी बात 5000 कमाने वाला हाई कोर्ट जा रहा है आप इतने बड़े ज्ञानचंद हो सकते हो जज नही।

Stupid lawyer. How can unskilled worker instal sound system in a car? There are lakhs of self employed people who dont have any certificates but still make good money. Car stereo does not go bad and rarely needs any repairs.
