Lots of chatter in German politics about helping to defend the Ukrainian air space. Defense Minister, Foreign Minister, National Defense Committee, Opposition party all indicating appetite for it. Scholz really the only one holding them back. General consensus is to stop implementing red lines on themselves while no red lines seem to exist for Russia. Slava Ukraini 🇦🇺🇺🇦
Hi Frank and come on Scholz, help Ukraine 🇺🇦 with their air space. That would be a great help. If Poland and Romania could help too, that could be the game changer they need. ❤
@surpriseitsus9622 Hi Lynn, it's a real bummer that Scholz is so scared of Putin. He also has the problem that the far right and the far left political parties both are against supporting Ukraine. So if he goes strong against Russia, the next election in Germany could bring some nasty results. There's a big trench between supporters of Ukraine and the opposers. The longer they let this war continue, the harder the stance seems to get on either side. I wish they reacted strongly to Putler stealing Crimea. Then we wouldn't have to deal with any of this...🇦🇺🇺🇦

Of course, those engaged in crimes of terrorism, against national security or against military and law enforcement would be excluded.
Severe corruption, sex crimes and DUI with fatal outcome show moral decrepitude and untrustworthiness.
The rationale is quite simple.

BTW, a properly trained crew would never drop ordnance with a projected flight path over a friendly settlement. They would carry out an offset drop, avoiding putting the weapon over any friendly assets.
I would bet on crew not being properly trained or being subversive.

@ATP Geopolitics 12:38 I would disagree JP it seems like you are reading this differently than me. "Not only" would mean that it is part of the decision making process but there are also other factors. That would mean even if they want to mobilize the units need to want them or they stay in jail. I dont see how this sais their consent wont be required to mobilize them
13:12 This doesnt say murder it sais "intentional killing" there are many things that can be less than murder and its possible some forms of homicide/manslaughter are deemed justifiable enough for service but still bad enough to warrant jail time. In america and canada justifiable homicide is a legitimate legal defense and that "of more than one person" would mean that they are not fit for service if it wasnt a one time thing or if multiple people died that one time. it does seem ambiguous enough to allow a murderer if only looking at this part tho

why would prisoners be exempt from forced mobilization when the male population at large is not?

The trouble is that much of Mordor doesn't have plumbing and running water , so they are essentially stealing large ash trays and plant pots.
Maybe they finally realised that they need a functioning government and infrastructure to get the toilets to work and gave up stealing toilets?
