Northstar Builder is building a project in Tukkuguda called Sanctuary and they are saying that we can construct on 35-40% of land. Are the correct. Can we construct on more than 25% of land?
Very useful information.i personally experienced this situation in one venture near inole .they did not reveal that it is in peri urban zone.Only after checking it in detail in hmda map , i realised that .

Is there any GO from the government side that peri urban zone can be converted to R1 zone officially, as some layouts are announcing that it is already converted to R1 zone showing some letter. Is it authentic?
There is no such common G.O as of now. It's case to case issue to be solved.
Can we make a conversion for our plot or total venture should be done?

Some ventures people are telling that we can construct a house 100% of land usage in peri urban Zone in gram panchayat but 25% percent in municipality.... Is this really correct please reply.....

I want to know that a hmda approved plot in peri urban zone can be bought.
The builder saying already land conversion is done and he got the hmda approval.
Land conversion is different & land utility is different
