very informative and educating. Now HMDA Plan around ORR is a mind map for me. My biggest takeaway from this video is to look in investing south of ORR between exits 13 to 16 for price and appreciation potential. I agree with this for another reason. Airport Metro work is on. One day Airport metro will be live. That will improve connectivity of south of ORR with the Hyderabad core.
Sir we have open plots near by shankara palli and yadadri warangal highway.

North Side of Hyderabad The Plots are not available it's already boom . Kompally and Medchal the most happening areas due to connectivity and plans to establish IT Hub in Phase 2 . If you find a plot Dont look for 2nd option . Go for it

we bought a land in Hmda approved(2009 lp number) layout near gudur kandukur mandal(thukkuguda exit, Srisailam highway). Now according to the HMDA master plan my survey numbers fall under conservation zone. Should I assume the LP number mentioned in my sale deed as fake or the developer cheated me?
