Happy Birthday Brian! The beard looks good! Don’t worry. You still look like you! Lol Alec, regarding your request for a chicken recipe, try basil-cilantro-coconut chicken. I just made that one up a while back and Baron liked it when I made it. He’d tell me if it was bad. Lol So here goes! I already know you’re gonna marinate the chicken with some good seasoning. After that, sear it lightly and set aside. In the same pot, saute your favorite aromatics along with lots of fresh basil and fresh cilantro. Throw in a liiiittle dark rum and/or white wine and let the alcohol burn off. Toss in coconut milk, let it simmer and season the mixture to your liking. Cook your chicken in there. Hope you three like it! 🙌🏾

I love the beard. The only section of it that should be a little longer is under the lip near the upper cliff chin section. The grey is becoming, embrace it. Of course that takes time. Both of my brother’s are handsome! Love you both ❤

I'd like to offer a chicken recipe. TANDOORI CHICKEN. You'll have to purchase Tandoori paste. You may have to order it if you can't find it in your local grocery store. You mix the Tandoori paste with a little mustard and honey and roast it in the over until it's a beautiful color. Tandoori also refers to the special dish that it's usually cooked in which is a Tandoori. If you don't choose to get the traditional dish you can still use a regular over pan to cook it. Hope you try it. Good luck.

Chicken dishes off the top of my head would be 1) Coq au vin ( you can sub ingredients to please your eaters etc 2) one pot honey and garlic chicken and potatoes ( stove top or stop top and finish in oven … 3) oven baked chicken with rice ( rice cooked like risotto with mushrooms and chicken seared and finish in oven .. you remove the mushrooms before putting in oven to if they don’t like the texture etc but it gives a nice flavour. If you need more details on any of these let me know 🥂✨☺️

Chicken suggestion: Stuffed baked chicken. Drained frozen spinach, onion, garlic, ricotta cheese, parmigian cheese thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze out the excess liquid from the spinach, combine ingredients. Take the breast of the chicken and pound them flat. Add the cheese and spinach misture on each chicken breast. Roll each breast and place in an oiled casserole dish. Based while baking with melted butter, rosemary, lemon pepper, finley chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. All the best! Blessings. ❤💙💜🖤
