    I’ve been doing this every day, often 4 times a day, for 3 weeks now and the difference it makes is wonderful. The debilitating tightness in hips, lower back and shoulders is easing and I’m moving more freely than I’ve done in years. No more ibuprofen, this is the way to go! Thank you so much 🙏🏻💚

Mornings are transformed from the old sluggishness and resentment to an embracing of the light, the breath and a cheery "hello earth citizens ". Evenings are about the chakras, meridians and the glorious brain tapping that has brought so much emotional release.       I've enjoyed doing this work out but towards the end developed a but of tension in the head.mind you could of been the alcohol that caused it

    As a young adult with a narcissistic father, I am doing this from now on to get rid of the evil demon's energy aka the narcissist's since meditation and cord cutting aren't having drastic effects when wanting to completely get rid of the demon's energy.

      @@safwanhossain6974 No it's not enough. it might work for a moment but it will not remove the physical symptoms you feel being around him. Narcissists are energy vampires who feed off people so the narcissist will overwhelm your mind, your body and your mental and physical health. i do believe that they work in the spiritual world to feed off us. What i Found to work for certain to cut cords with my narcissistic father while i live with him in the same house is BLACK OBSIDIAN and SELENITE, you need 2 BLACK OBSIDIAN NECKLACES that you can order online, you always wear them when you're alone and in the same house as the narcissist, when the narcissist sees you he shouldn't see the black obsidian necklaces as he will interfer with them spiritually so you should wear the black obsidian necklaces while hiding them in such a way that the narcissist can't see them and the necklaces still touch your body so they can be at full effect. you cannot imagine how much Black Obsidian has freed me from the narcissist, so much. i stopped having physical symptoms, i don't think about him at all and when i'm around him ( I keep as little contact with him as possible ) and because i wear my black obsidian hidden from him, he really doesn't reach me energetically at all, and he can't stand looking at me or talking to me for long and he willingly leaves without a fuss. BLACK OBSIDIAN is a repellent but it must be hidden from the narcissist and not shown to him. another important detail, is SELENITE which is most important, the necklaces need to be cleansed regularly multiple times a day you do not want to carry all of that energy. I wrap my necklaces around the selenite (i have 2 for better effect and sometimes i swap them if one needs cleansing). You cna look on reddit for a post about narcissists and their energetic feeding that i posted in a time of deperation and people gave me the advice i'm giving you. Also sticking to my religious practices and reading my religion's holy script every single day in the morning has had a tremendous effect. i'm guessing you might be muslim from your name, i recommend you read half of surah baqarah in the morning and the other half before sleep

    I'm at the stage of menopause where I get angry quickly over the smallest slights and am generally disgusted with how I look. I cannot tell you how much lighter and happier I feel after doing your routine. Going to make it a daily habit. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

    I will try this exercise, I did it already once and I felt warm hands and I was able to flex them more than usually, amazing

    Totally the best way to wake up in the morning. I've been doing Qigong for a while and other types but this simple exercise is truly THE BEST I've ever done for loosening up the whole body and getting a cardio work out at the same time your having fun. It gets everything moving and I feel wonderful after doing it. Love it Thank you so much

    Thank you so much! This was so helpful. It helped me tremendously. This ten minutes of shaking helped me to release 5 months of pent up stress in my neck. I feel so much freer and looser now!     lol i have been doing this on a mini trampoline and did not realize the benefit from your perspective, use the mini really makes a difference even for your drainage system in your body

    From the bottom of my heart, Thankyou so much , it truly makes a huge difference in my life and helps me heal 🙏🏽❤️🌱it's is so helpfull for me, your classes truly elevate me, I'm so gratefull that you put them out here for all of us on CZcams because I don't live close to a center and I currently struggle to afford it as well. I so deeply admire and respect people who make healing free for everyone who needs it, I think that's so important in the quest of healing the world and creating a new beautiful world together. I'm working my life up to have more financial freedome, but since I have been strugling with lots of health issues I haven't been able to work nor afford proper treatment. Now I am using all the free resources out there and I am finally healing ! And also I can slowly start working again and then start paying all these beautiful people who share freely with us. I am sososo gratefull to all those beautiful hearts and souls out there! May everyone heal with ease and grace and live long beautiful and meaningfull life's !:D 🙏🏽💚💚💚💚💚

    Some of felt that way during arguments and conflicts, I only notice that exercise helped me regain grounding but then my body ache next day after beating my own body with kegels

    Whenever i do this, my head shakes, my mouth opens way too wide like extreme energy release. I hold a lot of muscle tension in my head
