Already picked up a 3.0 Pro Speed. Love the new shape for the Speed and feels lighter than the 3.0 Pro Power. ECD's throat lock is removable. I had to pull slightly harder to remove mine. Yes, I love the new sliding end cap. I have slowly switched all my sticks over to the new sliding end cap.
