I really appreciate this review. I had been wanting to know if the rail mounting piece could be removed and I was happy to see the close up of the hex screw holding that piece on. Looks like it can be easily removed. Thanks!
@scullface456 hmmm...I don't have a bolt action rifle or rifle like that to try mine on but just from looking at the stud that comes with the bipod it appears to be made to attach to the sling stud on the rifle. Just a guess on my part though.
@scullface456 Ah...Airsoft rifle right? Yeah, I looked it up and I see what you mean. I'm not sure how you could attach it to that location even if it would fit over the stud. I'm guessing that type of rifle is using a little different stud virsus a Remington of Savage Arms bolt action. If you could mount a small picatinny rail to the bottom of the stock then you could use the picatinny mount like on my AR-15.

@bikechris13 I'm afraid not. If you have a picatinny rail on it they it will work just fine.

Why don't you try using a lighter background...this was dark ON dark and difficult to view !
