GHIRARDELLI CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗘 🍪
❤️𝓢𝓾𝓷𝓭𝓪𝔂 𝓑𝓪𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰❤️
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks)unsalted butter (softened)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 pack Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips
(11.5 oz milk chocolate chips OR 12 oz semi- sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
2. Stir flour with baking soda & salt. Set aside
3. Beat butter with sugar & brown sugar at medium speed until creamy.
4. Add vanilla & eggs (one at a time).
5. Mix on low speed until incorporated.
5. Gradually blend flour mixture into creamed mixture.
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Scoop (medium size cookie scooper) onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake for 11 mins or until golden brown.
For the double chocolate chip cookie, you divide the dough.
on one portion, just add 2 tablespoon Ghirardelli Unsweetened Chocolate Powder 100% Cocoa
