So much learning opportunity for a new painter like myself across the profiled artists. I think a big challenge is to depict a tree for example without getting bogged down on its detail. Less is more perhaps. That said, all these painters show perspective and distance very well which combined with colour are the strengths of a painting I think. Very inspiring and beautiful video. Thanks to all.
I’ve just begun Plein Air painting. I’ve done just 3 paintings, and I’m going out today to do my fourth. I can relate to everything being said in this video already. Love this video. Anyone interested in trying Plein Air, I can tell you, these people are really speaking the truth.
