    I crave life, I crave intimacy, I crave amazing nights sleep, I crave soul level connections, I crave nutrient rich relational interactions, I crave meaningful and impactful productivity, I crave movement, I crave cleanliness and order, I crave mental challenge and deep learning and fascination, I crave mind-opening insights, I crave being in spiritual flow, rich with synchronous occurrences and chance meetings, I crave grand adventures, I crave the great outdoors felt at the deepest levels of my being, I crave exceptional clarity and the kind of novelty that sparks real interest…

    I liked tough love Melissa. She didn’t sound harsh, she sounded like someone who understood that some boundaries need to be tight and immovable in order to make progress. 6 years later I still drink my coffee black and I recognize frufru coffee as a treat that should be “worth it”. My waistline and wallet both thank you, not to mention the rest of my body.
    Dont knock who you were, she got you to where you are, along with the rest of us. Your new empathy is a result holding the line and finding new strength that you couldn’t afford then, and many of us STILL cannot afford. Be empathetic, but don’t sacrifice the boundaries that we’re the foundational blocks of this empire.

      I love her too-and people change. And my empathy in no way compromises the efficacy of the program. I promise on a case by case basis, if you tell me you need more tough love than cheerleading, you’ll still get that here. It’s just better balanced now.❤

    Doesn't matter that the old books are imperfect. I have no desire or intention to research the science crap at my 70yo age. Other diets never worked for me long term, and while I have regained my weight lost after 1st w30 several years ago, w30 has addressed the inflammation I suffer. When I live without eating the inflammatory items I do much better health wise. The early books aren't gonna mislead anyone seriously looking for their personal answers.
