    This is my 1st Whole30. I’ve known of Whole30 for a few years but a coworker did one in October & I started researching it more. I just found Melissa on Instagram & I enjoy podcasts & listened to all the Do The Thing. I’ve become a big fan of yours, Melissa! I read the Food Freedom book and loved it. I’m sure I will re read it many times. I’m so happy that for my 1st Whole30 that you are doing this day by day CZcams. I’m sure this will be extremely helpful!

    Teresa from Pittsburgh PA! I think this is my 5th. Usually I kill it week one but today felt hard! lol I wasn’t expecting it. It is tuned up with my cycle starting Friday so I’m sure that’s part of it. Let’s kill that sugar monster, here we go…

    Hello from SWFL! On day 1 and feeling tired and distracted at work. I didn’t bring enough food to work so I’m hungry.

    Starting a week late (got covid just before NYE), but gearing to go. My breakfast was a small green protein smoothie, 2 chicken wings and half a bell pepper. Lunch was the other half of that smoothie, and leftover homemade gravadlax, and a small salad.
    I think Angela’s blackberry jam would make a great chicken or turkey marinade mixed with ACV, oil and coconut aminos. Would start out with equal parts, see how it tastes, and adjust. Maybe grate in a clove of garlic and piece of ginger.
    Also have a question for you. I don’t want to do a whole plant based W30, but can I do a plant based day a couple of times of week? Or even the occasional plant based meal amongst an otherwise regular W30 day.
