Thatâs been happening to me a lot but just started this past month
@@marcodasilva1403 did you like not watch the video? that's what it's about. in todays world of smartphones and the internet this has nothing to do with adhd.

@@joefrearson1289 Thanks for describing me
My brain fog can almost make me feel intoxicated at times. Anyone else feel like this?
Yep
I used to wake up feeling drunk and could not concentrate all day. I found that even though I don't have diabetes I did have candida in my gut. I went to naturopath to kill the candida in my gut and rebuild it with probiotics. I got rid of it and cut back on sugar.
Sleep more
Yea, but more so reminds me of a mild hang over. Im 4 years sober so it's a foreign feeling to me now. Sooo grateful for the times I do have clarity.
Yes!!! I even slur my words sometimes
What has worked for me:
- Cutting down technology use. This includes checking my phone/Facebook regularly. I only have a glance three or so times a day. I feel for me personally this was the biggest culprit for such fog.
- trying to avoid processed foods when possible, having a predominately plant based diet
- aiming for better sleep
- a decent morning routine (exercise, shower, meditate)
- reading books daily
- time management and regular goal setting
Polar Sky this probs helped me summering the vid haha
Guess what i am in btech, cant leave technology more than 2 hour
Non sequitur. How does checking your phone relate to brain fog?

You know what really sucks? Trying to watch a video about brain fog while experiencing brain fog so intense you forget what's being said moments after its said. I swear it's like being on LSD but not as trippy and more painful.
Yea on lsd at least i have the i m high excuse for being like this. Weed is also dangerous af (talking about brain fog)
True aye. I'm actually going to be quitting weed soon in the hopes of facing my anxiety disorder head on and overcoming it in the hopes of taking my mind back from it. I'm hoping to be able to heal from the damage I did to my mind with those trips so I can pursue my God with all of my heart instead of being crippled by anxiety most of the time.
I quit weed for a month and i can see some good improvements. Acid and other shit won t fry that hard with moderation.but weed is smoked everyday sl casually and so much we forget it does damage in time
@@Cstank5 I'll have to write all that down hahaha. To be perfectly honest regarding weed I would like to continue using it on a "now and then" basis. I used to use it nearly daily and that... Well didn't go well. I've decided I'm not gonna outright cut weed out, but I am going to limit it by a shit load. I'll use that diet to clear my gut microbiome of that specific species and see if that makes a significant impact. I know plenty of people who can use weed and it doesn't affect them negatively and they're all physically healthy with a decent diet, so that might be the real culprit. Growing up white bread was something I ate shitloads of and I ended up being diagnosed with ADD (adhd minus the hyperactive behaviour) so that revelation about white bread makes perfect sense. I'll prepare for that diet and see where it leads.
@@jameslysander9328 if you want a a clear guide go to the reddit page r/keto , their FAQ has alot of info. you dont have to go full on keto though, you can go low carb for example. just for your info the type of diet is low carb high fat, or LCHF. if you google that youll get results.

Cheers for the video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Proutklarton Defeat problems Plan (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off product for discovering how release your stress and free your mind minus the normal expense. My brain feels extremely exhausted even tho I get like 10 hours of sleep I feel like Iâm on auto pilot and school starts in a ew days Iâm terrified what do I do!
Bro, it's proven that we should get only 7-8 hrs of sleep( depends on everyone), so reduce your sleep time..
might be hormonal issues just like mine. but I don't sleep for 10 hours, im already 27 years old
Itâs down to how good you sleep like you can sleep for 12 hours but if the quality of sleep is rubbish then it has no affect. Also aim for 7-9. What I started doing was I started putting my phone away 30 mins before bed and then I would meditate or just think about life. I think it helps a lot and I hope what I said helps as well
Your airway might be too small that u get little oxygen. If u cant fit tongue on roof of ur mouth thats a sign, snoring and sleep apnea too
Experts recommend 7-8 hours but they say make sure is quality sleep going into REM

I got rid of my brain fog after reducing my gluten, dairy, processed( including sugary and deep fried food) food intake. Gluten and dairy elimination was the game changer for me because otherwise I usually ate healthy.
I also corrected by B12 , iron, vitamin D deficiency . This also had a huge impact on me. I donât know what I did for the past decade, I was lulled into this semi sleepy state, all because of my poor diet. I could tell I wasnât myself but there was nothing I could do to get out of it . Life was just passing by and I was trying hard to keep up with it but I couldnât .
TOTALLY AGREE! I used to wake up feeling drunk and could not concentrate all day. I found that even though I don't have diabetes I did have candida in my gut. I went to naturopath to kill the candida in my gut and rebuild it with probiotics. I got rid of it and cut back on sugar.
:) happy for ya!!
I agree diet has so much to do with it! Gluten and bread in general as well as sugar makes me depressed I know because I will not eat bread or sugar mostly protein (semi keto) and I feel great...suddenly I will fall back and eat bread and be so depressed and my mind is a complete mess the next day!
Similar for me! I also have candida in my gut but also I now know that I have a histamin intolerance so everytime I would eat something with histamine that brain fog came. Before I had it every single day because there was always histamine in my food. I quit gluten, dairy products and sugar too so that migth also have had an effect

You really touched on the solution with meditation. I can explain. Everything is solved by it. Before cell phones and tablets, it used to be that you'd stare out the window when riding in a car, daydream nearly everywhere, wait in line, talk to people face to face 90% of the time etc. There were many quiet moments throughout the day. These were moments for our spirit (mind) and soul (emotions) to rest. These words, spirit and soul, are actually defined as mind and emotions in the Greek found in the Bible. It's rarer today, but there used to be these moments, and a little voice inside would tell you "You're special. You're loved. Why don't you try doing this? That's not good for you, don't do that. Why don't you talk to so-and-so? Help that person. Be respectful. You have so much potential." There is peace in silence because there is healing in silence of what is out of order. The voice of God puts things back in order. We've become spiritually deaf by being consumed with noise and activity. Moderation is life changing.
Accurate.

@@gamerisrbija yeah feel ya but god can really be anything. just this undeniable magic power that creates life... and somehow that god is yourself, it's in you because you are alive so you carry that divine spark ;)

Brother. So glad I bummed into your channel. Great to meet you
Hey all - so, I recently started doing this where I write things down that I want to accomplish. I literally put a black board inside my room and wrote stuff down. This has really helped me because itâs no longer âall the stuff thatâs in my head that I have to doâitâs more like all the stuff that Iâve written down on the wall that I have to do and I must scratch through as Iâm done. It brings your level of anxiety down however donât just let the task sit there you must act on them or the anxiety will rise because you havenât gotten anything done.
I've done all of the tips in the vid for years and they really work. In addition I would say that Wim Hof Breath 15 min in the morning, taking frequent brakes (5 min every 25 min) and supplementing vitamin D has made the largest difference for me (except of course working out, sleeping and blocking social media).
Not to mention getting your sinuses checked is important. Having a deviated septum and constant stuffiness doesn't help because you don't get enough oxygen to the brain especially while sleeping. This has caused me to almost always wake up with brain fog and headaches and when you don't sleep well it throws everything else off. Sleep is definitely important
Tell me more I always have cold and some white colored sputum

This problem lead me to falling back in class over the next few months and Iâm currently trying to find the best solution. It could be due to the lack of sleep as I only sleep 6 to 7 hours every night. At the moment I will try to take your tips and hopefully, I could regain my concentration in studying again. Thanks again!
(P.S. if anyone has got the same experience as me, feel free to share your experience with me too)
Brother pls đ share how to cure
I really like this CZcamsr. He looks accessible in some way, like I'm having a real conversation with him
please answer me these questions, please please,it would mean a lot.1.Do you have brain fog all the days or are some days good and some days bad?2.Do you have vision probems like not focusing near objects and not seeing far objects?3.Do you have watery eyes while using laptops and kinda eye strain?ps.I am askin these becoz i have problem seeing far objects and problems focusing on near things too,but i can feel no fog when i close my eyes,i am confused whether it's a brain fog or eye problem.I hope that you get well soon, thanks!!.
You got a new subscriber & a fan man! Great informative content. Kudos !!
The fragmented focus explains so much because I was working so much I didnât pay so much attention to TikTok but not I have a few more free time so Iâm using it more and Iâve noticed being more foggy. Thank you
"What's more boring than sitting there all by yourself doing nothing?"
Clearly you don't suffer from Maladaptive Daydreaming...
This is way too accurate
I can't even stop myself from doing nothing. Just staring at the wall and drifting off into the world of imagination. I enjoy it so much, it's frightening...
I'm immersive daydreamer and the best part for both maladaptive amd immersive? You never get bored
I am stuck. I have maladaptive daydreaming and wished I was cured of it. I hate it.
I mean who am i supposed to do things with? I have nobody. I fucking hate how people just assume you're supposed to have someone, if i had people i wouldn't be so depressed and in a huge brain fog
Just Love the Way you explain.
You got new SUBSCRIBER đ
Wow, I needed this urgently I also subscribed! Thank you for this video!
I really am putting this in my dairy love that I found your channel. Thank you thank you thank you â€
I had a stroke in 2018 at age 26. Not from health issues, but I have major brain fog and the biggest problem I have and agree with is #3 where he suggests a sleep routine and exercise, general improved health, etc. I am in recovery and recently found that Iâm not excited to wake up early in the morning and that stroke survivors need their sleep bc thatâs when the brain heals the most. But thereâs also such a thing as too much sleep, which worsens brain fog. You have to find a balance.

Thankyou very much.
I play alot of chess and some days are basically all wins even against higher rated players whereas other days are mostly losses even against lower rated players and so i found your video and i think i have my answer.
Id noticed im often at my best in the morning when i dont have work so thats= properly rested, not hungry, no looming tasks to complete and i havent overloaded on Facebook and youtube yet.
So in short your information here makes a tonne of sense and id have never thought of the looming tasks or Facebook and youtube thing.
Im excited to test this out now.
Thanks again.
All things that you spit out on this video hits me directly in the face Brođ it's just feels like all the stuff you have spoken was correct and experienced by myself.đ€đ€
Hey thanks! I needed to hear some tips about this.
It's so ironic I clicked the vid and it explains why I shouldn't have done that lmao.
New sub! Digging your videos! Keep it up! :)
Idk if anyone else gets this, but I also feel so vision imparied, like focusing in on certain things I struggle to do, and in a way everything just looks like its merged into one, like if I look outside my window, I feel like im looking at the whole scenery together rather than one single point
When in with this I can't concentrate in a image or a meme (example) and raciocinate it, just after like 10 seconds or never, and I can't think, and formule a opinion
@@danielsson8213 bro this is so relatable i just zone out n everything gets out of focus
@@aayushchaudhary2501 OMG same i keep spacing out and my vision gets blurry and it feels like my whole body stops also head pressure and my right leg feels weaker than my left one it's scaring the Heck out of me
@@fatifleurnaciri557 i would recommend some meditation and not stressing out too much i think that was what was making me feel that way if it helps n try exercise it will jump help blood flow
âLike someone poured molasses over your brain and everything is slowed downâ

The background music is making us to groove.
I did not watch the video yet, but before my answer gets manipulated or altered by the content of it, here is what helps me best :
1. Always getting up and going to sleep at the same time
2. Ice cold shower (also gives a lot of energy)
3. Warm shower - helps to relax and lose tension
4. A walk
5. A nap
If I feel physically very well, coffee boosts my brain, but usually brainfog and physically feeling not great goes hand in hand.
Awesome content! I certainly need to address the brainfog in my life.
