In this No Limit Hold Em Poker VLOG I am playing Texas Hold Em at the Victoria Casino in London!
I usually play poker at Hustler Casino in Los Angeles. really appreciate you not making the recs show, not only does it improve the atmosphere of the game, it also makes it much faster, so you gain some ev from that. I even snap show all the allins, since "who shows first and how many times we run it" always takes forever, plus the recs love a good sweat without having to show

a couple of questions firstly you 3bet 88 in sb after a button raise would you have 3bet from utg raise?do you think its profitable longterm to be 3betting middling pairs instead of just set mining? loving your vlogs gary keep em coming pal!
88 is a pretty standard 3b from SB vs. BTN. Depending on the rake many SB strategies are effectively 3b or fold. Against UTG 8-handed 88 is mostly a fold but mixes some 3-b

Thank you John! I would absolutely 3bet pre, and I would very often raise the flop for value BUT I wanted to keep the guy who bluffed the hand before in the pot. Worked out well, huh?!

@@garyblackwoodpoker i feel Ak v 88s, rec players (mostly) drastically underbluff for overbet sizing esp on river, looking back to do you think this is a spot u can only call flushes+?

@@garyblackwoodpoker the AK v 88 was brutal but I thought he let you off the hook with the 2x pot bet, a drunk amateur huge overbet is very suspicious and almost never a bluff, if we’re gonna go off live tells. But like i said rough spot in the moment.
The KdT call off. Seems like a really good spot to raise bluff the river with the Kd to get a J to fold, unless you think your story doesn’t quite add up? With not raising the turn and a blank river
