I don’t comment very often, but I wanted you to know myself and 5 grandkids watch your show. My 16 month old grandson will be in a different room or playing with toys. I will play one of your videos(hears your voice) comes a running says naenae. Smiles watches your show. My two granddaughters always lets me know when you have a new video. I have a dough blade attachment for my food processor. I use it for things like this. I have all kinds of gadgets to compensate for the arthritis in my fingers(I’m 55 but bc of thyroid disease my joints & spine are more like an 80 yo) It allows me to keep cooking & canning! I make a lot of candy for Christmas. I have my pb melt away done. I’m trying some new recipes this year. I’m making cashew toffee today & chocolate cherry brownie cups. I do a few drop cookies & 2 bar cookies. I’ve been collecting Gooseberry Patch cookbooks for 24 years. I’m old school. I like books & recipe cards! My recipe box is my scrap book.

When I make my garlic bread I roast the garlic. Let it cool then squeeze the garlic into the butter, stir it with room temperature butter then spread on bread like you did.

Italian bread is wonderful! Go get you some. My Dad would have me pick it up on sale at Cub foods here in Twin Cities (Crystal, MN) and send me back! ha! Shoot, it's good just plain, with sandwiches, or Tuna sandwiches! Manga. Buy it at your local bakery with garlic butter spread, and dunk it in your spaghetti with heavy sauce. NUM! My job is turning me into Dom DeLuise. stomach to prove it! lol
The salt on the garlic to prevent all the stickiness is a great tip. I hate when the garlic sticks to my knife when I’m trying to chop it. I’ll add salt from now on! Thanks for that tip.

Gee Renae garlic bread for church luncheon. That’s so nice of you and easy to make. I guess the fresh garlic is hard todo because newly skins adhere to the garlic difficult to peel. The store garlic has been around awhile after picked and skins loosen, they come from everywhere.😮😢❤

Hey friend... I see that you have added some salt to your "mincing" of garlic... you should look into the "paste" method. It runs right along with what you are attempting to do. It's really nothing more than making minced garlic with some salt and you draw your knife over it a few times. Put the blade at a slant on the edge of your pile of garlic... and draw it over the top of the garlic... on the slant. Kind of like a putty knife over some putty... just like that. The salt actually helps break down the texture of the garlic. You don't use a ton of salt... look it up... for the technique. I use it all the time for even a finer texture of fresh garlic for whatever I'm using it for. Your RADA knife is perfect for this technique as well.

I make mine the same as you with the exception, I use minced garlic cloves plus garlic powder. I just prefer the garlic powder alone but my family likes for me to add both so I do. BUT I did not know about adding salt before starting to mince the garlic. Thanks for the hint. 😘
