Plastic Surgery Mistakes That Make You Look Fake

  • 5 Mistakes that people make when getting cosmetic and plastic surgeries will be shared in this video. I am making this video to inform anyone who is looking to get some enhancements done. These examples are not meant to offend, but, to inform. I think that it is important to remember that in the end, if you are happy with the way you look, then there is no reason to be ashamed of any procedure. #LorryHill #PlasticSurgery #Cosmetics

    Please support the channel by checking out my socials and looking at my favorite makeup products I use everyday: obsw.it/s/jf0 or subscribe to my patreon at: / lorryhill
    -----
    I do not want to reveal the mistakes here, so please watch the video. I will however tell you about what you can expect to learn and take away from this video. I mention a certain actress who has had many plastic surgeries, but is still to this day considered one of the most beautiful women, and how, even surgery, does not change that. I also explain some of the procedures I have had, some of the things I learned, and what I urge you to consider when thinking about doing some of the procedures I had in the past.
    Not only will I go over the common mistakes, but, I will go over cosmetic products used most often, and explain which ones to always avoid. I will also explain which cosmetic products to pick for a natural look and better results to look young and avoid the typical plastic surgery look.
    In the video, I explain a little about proportions of the face and how important it is to keep in mind during any decision that will alter how you look. I have some great examples in the video for you to see. Some procedures can change how your face looks and be hard to revert, which is another thing I talk about. In order to help you avoid those kinds of mistakes, you will learn about some alternatives you can opt for instead that give you similar or better results than the typical surgeries people tend to go for.
    If you are not yet ready for procedures or surgeries, you can always look into some easy ways to change your look in the short term. It is always good to invest in some good makeup that works with your skin tones and matches your face. You also want to make sure that you use quality skincare products that can help keep your skin protected and moisturized. In future videos, I will be going over skincare routines that help the face look younger, and what celebrity skincare routines look like
    Everything talked about in this video is MY OPINION ONLY and not actual medical facts about the individual represented here.

    Can you ease up with that filter. So not necessary. What’s the point of having cosmetic surgery if your using a filter.

    • @LorryHill
      @LorryHill  Před 3 lety +4561

      Hi love ; so my filter is set to even out the colors in the video; for example if my eyeshadow is too saturated or not blended well; never to change what I look like. It’s literally set to 8% out of 100 . If you think you’re seeing a filter then you must have amazing eyesight because 8% can’t hide a pimple much less be that visible to the naked eye.
      FYI; every CZcams video uses color correcting filters once they reach a certain audience level as audiences today are used to television polished viewing; TV and Film uses off the charts filtering; so make sure to stay away from them since my 8% filter bothers you ! 🤣

    My sister has downturned eyes and she’s soooo beautiful. So many things that people consider to be “flaws” can really just make a person more interesting looking and beautiful imo. The same often goes for a strong/big nose on a woman with chiseled bone structure. I wish more plastic surgeons would advise people away from trends/standards and focus on helping to enhance the persons natural features as a unique individual.

    • @Chelbasaur
      @Chelbasaur Před 2 lety +64

      Plastic surgeons want to make money. Turning away 95% of your clientele would be a bad business model. Unfortunate as it is that money is the #1 motivator for nearly everyone; it is the truth. But I agree with you. A beautiful face is a beautiful face. Literally every human that can see recognizes an objectively beautiful face, no matter the features. People will add their preferences on top of it, but what person hasn't said "yes, they're very good looking. Just not my type.", ya know?

    For me it's everyone getting lip injections. They don't suit everyone. I've noticed a lot of people only get the sides of their top lip filled, which looks so weird to me. Another one is when the person ends up with a duckbill.

      I like it make up-wise, the technique really highlights my cheekbones. I’ve always loved the look, but the more permanent plastic surgery does look quite unnatural. Funny thing is I already kind of used the makeup technique when the cat eyeliner was trendy, I have partially hooded eyes so I have to do my eyeliner kind of funky to get that sharp flick.

    I had Juvederm in my lips years ago and it came out looking awful. But I assumed it was that the doctor did a bad job. So I was about to get Juvederm again by a different doctor. Now I know it’s the Juvederm itself that will make it look bad, regardless of how good of a job the doctor does, so I’m going to get Restalane instead. So thanks! It greatly depends on the technique used by a doctor and their overall sense of aesthetics.
      I also had duck lips and ‘mustache lips’ until I found my doctor. It is to be noted that with all the doctors I only injected Juviderm 3.
      There are so many cases when Juviderm can look very natural and beautiful.

    Props for using the "Uncanny Valley" term! It originated in the field of artificial intelligence to describe the unsettling similarity between some AI and humans, where AI is passably human yet still has something indescribable missing that makes it feel unreal. There’s a plastic surgery flaw that I’m surprised most people don’t ketch. I call it facial expression deformity. (There might be a different name for it I’m not in the medical field).A really good example of this is Kyle Jenner. When she smiles with full expression you can really see the weight her face is lifting up and a crowding of tissue. I think it is why the kardashians have a stoic expression in most photos. I really think it’s best to change as little as possible with your face. No hate towards the kardashian/jenners family just something I noticed. I’m always surprised when surgeons refer to her as an example of good plastic surgery but to be fair she has great makeup and most of her photos are edited

      Don't worry, pretty soon we'll be a "thing" bc we're still all realz so we'll stand out as the "unique" ones!
      I bartended for a long time & the popular consensus w/most men is a big N-O as far as plastic surgery is concerned. Men want all natural. Believe it or not, they feel the same about fake boobs too. Most of them will say, "Great to look at, but that's it." 🤷🏼‍♀️I say just love what God gave you & who you are inside. That beauty spills out from the inside. Peace🕊️😘

      She has had several nose jobs. She documented the first one on RHOA. she initially altered her nostrils. This was done in addition to a breast lift and a tummy tuck (If I remember correctly). Over the years she thinned down the bridge and tip of her nose. Like many other housewives, she's no stranger to botox and veneers.
