Wouldn’t you like to know what causes your hip pain and what you can do about it?
There are three main causes for hip pain:
1. Wear and tear of the hip joint
2. Stiff muscles surrounding the hip joint
3. Weak muscles surrounding the hip joint
By performing the hip tests, you will be able to find out what is causing your hip pain.
Once you know the cause of your hip pain, you can then move on to the correct exercises.
You will find the correct exercises for each cause of hip pain in the latter half of this video.
This is probably the only video you need if you want to beat your hip pain!

Thank you for such great documentation of these exercises Dr Milton. I had laboral tear repair surgery 2 months ago. These seem kind of intense exercises right now, but I'm keeping these as a goal. How long after this surgery do you think I should be able to do them without injuring the surgical area?

Hi sir. Whether these exercises can be done in early morning... And it can be daily exercise or we should have a gap in between?

If you get a hip pain due long travel ( sitting at the same position for 24-36 hours - Air travel).
What may be the reason?
I can't do these excercises. I have knee joints, ankle joints pain along with hip pain. Please suggest some easy excercise
I went through all 3 exercises. All was fine, but my hip still hurts especially after a gym, even though I do all exercises with a proper form.

Sir my problem is
Lumber spondylosis
Diffuse posterior disc bulge with small fissural tear at L4/L5 causing indentation of traversing nerve roots and
Broad based posterocentral and bilateral paramedian disc herniation at L5/S1 causing moderate compression of traversing nerve roots more left side. Pls help me sir doctor told surgery but i don't like sir pls give me sugestions
I suffer from osteoarthritis which causes hip pain. Osteoarthritis is when cartilages around the hip joints are thinning and eventually causes bone rubbing on bone just like a car running out of engine oil. Hence, I am unable to walk fast anymore or run, my joints have fused causing limited mobility. Some exercises may not be suitable as it can break the bone.
Can it save life
