Honestly I didn't have any of those issues with getting the bike. The only issue I had was having to pickup the package myself because you have to sign for it and I wasn't home cause work. Also had really loud brakes when trying to brake so I had to ever so slightly adjust the brakes position to not touch the rotor discs. Which wasn't a big deal at all and super simple. Other than that the bike is comfortable enough for long rides. I'd highly recommend it to anyone getting into Ebikes. It's honestly a great bike with very little issues. That being said, with you being a reviewer, I can see why you hated reviewing it so much because of the way they handled the situation. I haven't had to deal with customer support and hopefully I won't have to.
Like I said in the video, it's not a bad bike at all. An excellent bike for the price. And I don't usually include interactions between the company and I. But they were trying to trick me into an Amazon review and then threatened to keep some of my money if I don't make the review the way they demanded. That's not ideal, and I felt people should know about this because it's probably a reflection of their customer service.
Hey man, did find out how to get the app for the bike? The qr code didn't work for me.
If you have Android, you can search qmwheel in the store. I think it's pretty new, they didn't have it when I had the bike.
I love my A20. Mine has 50+ miles, I have 2 ebikes now, and I'll probably have 3 in July. Everything is good. It's better than I thought it would be.
Nice! That's good to hear.
@SFARCO I actually am getting close to 500 miles already. The original tires should last another 500 miles, hopefully. I am switching to motorcycle tires before winter. I have 0 complaints or concerns. The range is 10 miles each power bar. Even in 110° heat, there is no noticeable reduction range, thay I notice. As an almost every day rider over 66, I couldn't be happier. When I post a comment on the aostirmotor's youtube channel, they respond very quickly to it. I try to pedal 5-10 miles a each day except when it's raining. Thanks.
Motorcycle tire will be awesome and probably last a very long time.
Honest is the only way we need more people like you
I appreciate your kind words! And I definitely agree, we need more honesty.
One month later, They delivered the V20. I bitched too Amazon. They knocked 280.00 off. I changed the tires, went to hydro brakes I already had. The little bike is pretty damn tight. 28 mph. I have 76 miles on it so far. I did right. I like the rear shock. Oh Lectric saddlebags work on it just fine. A wonder if a 40 amp controller will change things.
Dang, glad you finally got it.
would you rcomend the janso x 50 0ver this bike
I can't say, I haven't tested that bike.
But witch one is better the v8 or the v20 because some people say the v8 pulls up faster so witch one is better please tell me
I'm sorry, I don't know. I have not reviewed the V8.
@@SFARCO oh okay
V8 has no suspension so your back is the suspension.
I eant to put a rear rack on mine to strap down a back pack but dont see any accessories for this bike. Can you help me out mike? This is my first ebyke and i just want to start using it. Thanks mike
Unfortunately, I am unaware of a rear rack that will work.
here in netherlands they have a back seat thing lose the seat and you have a rack and look at the v30 e bike
@@glennshobbiesenzz Interresting, I'll have to look around.
They just came out with a rack for v20 but good luck finding one. Out of stock!!
I just got one and I love it.
Im looking to maybe buy this bike for going to school but i gotta use it in the rain. Do you recommend it?
No, I wouldn't. I have already had people telling me they fried their controller riding in the rain.
@SFARCO I agree. As I ride dusty trails in the desert daily, I have to wash it occasionally. Basically a bucket wash, light hose off, not the display or motor, controller, getting the wires wet at the controller. Rain riding? Absolutely not. I want my 2 ebikes to last years.
@@Mark-qv4bn okay ty for the answer, what ebike do you recommend?
Hey I have a question, how does the suspension work on this bike I just got mine but I don't know anything about suspension. Front and back.
I don't think there is any adjustments for them. They are really cheap.
@@SFARCO not even the rear suspension.
@@familytroubler7531 Sorry, the back has preload adjustment by rotating the nut.
@@SFARCO so if I tighten the nut it will be able to handle more weight better?
@@familytroubler7531 Sort of, but not really. Increasing preload just increases the amount of weight needed before it compresses. But it won't actually be able to handle more weight than what the spring is engineered for.
I bought the 3.0 version yesterday.843.00 out the door. Suits are asshats by nature. I own a bike shop. Retired. Thanks for the 411. He who dies with the most toys wins.
Yeah, they are one heck of a price, hard to pass up a deal like that. Plus, a lot of these bikes are all made in the same factory.
i might wanna get this bike for that price range is there any other bike that is better then this one ?
Here is the Jansno X50. Currently on Amazon it is $868 plus a $100 coupon so you can get it for $768.
amzn.to/3PI5DmL
@@SFARCO how did you get the coupon
@@bryao5That was 9 months ago. I don't think they are offering it now
What is the company name? Let me do a review on it. I would like to try and ride an E-bike.
Tamobyke / Qmwheel
What are the differents between the ouixi v20 and v8?
Well, they have different brand names. Other than that, probably not much. But I don't know for sure because I have not reviewed the V8.
@@SFARCOthanks
@@ngolomessi1744 no problem
@@SFARCO V20 Is way better overal actually. Better display, Rear suspension and in most cases they use Hydro breaks instead of Mechanical breaks.
@@FabivoThat's good to know. Thanks!
I ordered one today. If it lasts a few years, I'll be happy.
Lol, that's a good outlook.
@SFARCO if it lasted only one year, that's about $2.00 a day. I ride every day for 9 months a year, or more until winter. I rarely drive my truck, and use my rack and saddlebags for shopping. I probably average 150 miles a month. I'm over 65, and this will be my second ebike. Ride safe!
$2 a day to ride for a year. I average 150 miles a month or more. Everyday senior citizen rider. I don't ride in the rain, the cold is ok. Ride safe!
@Mark-qv4bn That ain't bad at all. Safe riding to you too!
Thanks for hearing me out. I would definitely buy one again. I'm 100% happy so far. Great review, thanks.
I bought one before I seen this video. I made the mistake and rode it in the rain. Now it's stuck in pedal assist mode. An can't get tech support!
Man, that's rough. I would try leaving a bad review on their Amazon listing. They tend to monitor that.
Will it wheelie?
I'm too old to find out!
Tbh for a person who doesn’t watch your video and this my first time just see the review on the bike to see if it’s worth it and Fr this a good straight to the point like the only bad thing is how they treated u but the review on the bike ain’t bad at all
Yeah, the bike isn't bad. Especially for the price. I was looking forward to reviewing this when they first contacted me.
How is the range
Many factors to consider. Rider weight, speed, pedal assist level, terrain, tire pressure.
@@SFARCO I want to buy it but do you think I can do wheelie with the throttle power?
@@familytroubler7531 I highly doubt it. But you can try.
@@SFARCOdo u recommend and bike for under 1k
@@familytroubler7531 You can't rely on the company for after sales service. The front fork is cheap and causes the bike to wobble, so I would recommend replacing it. If you are ok with all that, then sure.
Skip like 5 minutes in to skip the complaining to get to the actual review of the bike
It's not complaining. It's informing the audience what to expect when dealing with this company. It is ignorant not wanting to know about a company when making a large purchase. You want to spend $1000 on a cheap bike and have no after sales service, be my guest.
@@SFARCOhe’s salty!
@@Alex-iu5pp Sure am!
@@SFARCOchill
@@harrisongunter5174Lol, I'm the most chill. My nickname was frosty back in the day!
Its trash?
It's not the worst, definitely not the best. And I'm not impressed with how they conduct themselves as a business.
Hey man do a review on the ridstar q20
Sorry, but I dont.
Also the throttle or gas handle is an absolute no go in Holland. If only the police stops you with a throttle on it, you get fined for driving an actual motorcycle without a licence, helmet and registration etc.
Wow, they really don't want you having fun!
@@SFARCO Politicians just looove laws, right? And kids fuck up and get into accidents, which causes new rules.
@joeyvanrenesse884 yes they do!
@@SFARCOthe thing is: in the netherlands 1/3 of the people people have e-bikes and they use it as a bicycle. And if it has the handle it resembles a moped more than a bicycle and then you should have a license, a helmet and a license plate. Its also limited to 15 mph but with some bikes you can toggle the limiter by the screen, and the motor is limited to 250 watt, police rarely enforce most of these rules tho
@@Mr_Unpopularahh, gotcha.
I might buy one but they gonna change the law for these bikes soon, no throttle gas is allowed only pedal assistence is alllowed wich is a downside but i geuss the pedal assist does work good enough to reach 25km/u
Oh, that's a buumner.
you can get in with gas and 50km but you get to change it in the settings and buy the throttle but its illegal then tho
@@onepiecegoat gotcha, darn regulations.
I just payed 1500 euro=$1655 here in Holland, Europe . with a 250 w motor and restricted to 15m/h. It is the cheapest here.. Because all the other e bikes are way over 3000 or 4000 euro's
That's rough. Are you restricted to 250w in Holland?
@SFARCO Yes maximum of 250w 25km/h and PAS only, also the prices here are insane, double that than in the rest of Europe or America
@@abeltummers302 Wow, I'm sorry to hear that.
@@SFARCO yes.
Can’t you unplug the governor
The bike is good but the breaks pads are cheap
Yeah, the brakes should have been hydraulic.
Thx for saving me from the complaining
@familytroubler7531 I ordered 2 complete sets of semi metallic brake pads for less than $30. I'm guessing the stock ones are ceramic. I'll be charging the pads, when I change the worn tires. I'm at almost 500 miles the tires are half worn out, probably. Ride safe.
My guy, I think those of us that watch your channel are here because you make raw and "unattractive" (whatever the f that is supposed to mean 😂) content.
Lol, I'm glad some people like my ugly style of filming!
Omg bruh this is why u dont get views. U and the company is ur n there problem. People want u to review the bike not the company 😐
That's a pretty ignorant statement. I reviewed both the bike and the company. Saying that people aren't interested in the company they are buying from is asinine.
very dumb to fall for that. I've never payed for a product someone sent me to review.... nor does anyone I know for that matter. no reviewer would ever do this. I cant believe u did that????
maybe shipping but not the full price of the product...lol wow
@richardspring5392 There was no risk, it was bought through Amazon.
