She was previously under your care for IBS, and during her hospital admission, CT scans of the abdomen, chest, and pelvis were performed. The results are as follows: CT CONCLUSION Diffuse esophageal wall thickening throughout whole extent could be diffuse esophagi spasm. However needs endoscopic evealuation if clinically concerning" Ground glass haze in both lungs-infective disease process. Hepatosteatomegaly IS THERE ANY requirement for endoscopy if yest so that I bring here to you for endoscopy Tnx
