So for I carefully watched this unique topic all part (from part 1 to this part 4) and 200 percent agree . But . Here is my question (on this part 4 level of sale professional in pharma) . My question is what qualifications required for each level? As I know (with proof) many products managers with no field experience but (due to favoritism) are at post of PM (product manager) Similarly many SM (sale manager - 2nd line manager) are not having education and experience And many sales rep and 1st line bosses with fake degree . Dr sahib u are true by ur research but reality is different and this changed recently (in last 15 to 20 years) . Dr sahib Again I appreciate you for ur research work.

Given its use for nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy patients, could it be useful for non-cancerous patients with chronic nausea and vomiting? 2. What are the recommended treatments for addressing bile deficiency in patients, and how can these treatments help prevent complications such as gallbladder disease, bile duct obstruction, and malabsorption? Additionally, if these treatments include specific drugs or supplements available in Pakistan, could you please name them? Thank you

Nicely described (as it's was explanation of previous vlog) . Indeed it's ur research and no one can reject any point But But I raised a question over ur previous video and respected dr sahib please consider it. . Currently pharma industry dimensions changed and now ur these thoughts are considered just for formality matters (except MNCs) . I can justify my argument but it will disappeared due to compliance issue . So dr sahib please consider my question on ur previous part 2 video

Sir I composed a comment but I think due to any reason it disappeared So coming in short I agree over all these goals, responsibilities and features of a MR (medical rep) But I am job less even I exceeding on all these points (all and all) My education My experience is (of pharma) is overed as per any company criteria But they didn't offer me job because Because they don't believe on my hat u believe. . I think, if pharmaceutical companies act more on professionalism, it will solve a lot of problems you talked about in your this vlog. I worked in pharma industry for a decade but skipped it because of no believe of these companies on professionalism. Even I am over qualified for sale rep job but I prefer to be job less because of their no believe on professionalism. . Any how leave it 😢 and I am excited for what you going to present in coming virtual logs (vlogs) and doctor sahib I will come with critical analysis on ur coming videos. In Sha Allah

Since majority of med reps are well educated and are from respected background, but the response from security staff is pathetic! Honestly you will be surprised if you ever came to know.
