450 gr of beef rib eye steak
for the marinade
3 tbsp. of olive oil
2 tbsp. of red grape vinegar
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
salt 1/2 tbsp.
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp of all spices
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1\4 tsp cloves powder
1\2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp of sumac
1 tbsp. of yogurt
bell pepper green and red
onion
tomatoes
tarator sauce
1\4 cup of tahini sesame paste
1\4 cup of cold water
salt
1\4 lemon juice
1 small clove minced garlic
1 tbsps. fresh parsley

3 ملاعق كبيرة. من زيت الزيتون
2 ملعقة كبيرة. من خل العنب الأحمر
1 ملعقة صغيرة من خل التفاح
ملح 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة.
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة مطحونة
1 ملعقة صغيرة من البهار الحلو
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق الهيل
1 \ 4 قرنفل بودرة ملعقة صغيرة
1 \ 2 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق كمون
1 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا حلوة
1 ملعقة صغيرة سماق
1 ملعقة كبيرة. من اللبن
الفلفل الأخضر والأحمر
بصلة
طماطم
صلصة الطراطور
1 \ 4 كوب طحينة راشي
1 \ 4 كوب ماء بارد
ملح
1 \ 4 عصير ليمونة
1 فص ثوم صغير مفروم
1 ملعقة كبيرة. البقدونس الطازج
