England’s Most Beautiful City? 👉🏻 czcams.com/video/DnMQuge1PsI/video.htmlsi=cgBdNuK3rWP89R4C
I lived in Lincoln for 3 years in my 20s with my husband ...we loved it. I remember one time i was pushing my toddler up steep hill in the snow and ice, ill never forget it , the snow was thick and stopping the wheels from turning. Those were the days 😊
Oh wow, can’t imagine having to tackle that hill in the snow and ice let alone pushing a pushchair at the same time! We know where we’d end up and it wouldn’t be the top 😂
Lincolnshire yellow belly born and bred here, cant beat Lincoln its a great place to live
Proud to be born in Lincoln it's a special place.
Went few days ago, loved it ❤️
Loved you're humorous tour guys, of my home now for 24 years. Lincoln is a Beautiful City full of amazing stories and Lore. The Lady at the bakery called me Ducky, never left since.
My birth place and I am still living in Lincoln, Lincoln certainly is a beautiful city, thank you for visiting and I am glad you enjoyed your time here. This is the first of your videos I have watched and I have now subscribed and look forward to watching many more.
Welcome to the channel Glen, we hope you enjoy our other videos as much as you did this one. Lincoln is such a beautiful place and has a very relaxed vibe too.
Gorgeous video! You guys are charming, interesting and hilarious. I had a right old laugh at the £2.95 bakes! At first I thought it was JUST the scone (which is also cheap in London terms) but for both!? Bloody hell. Crazy what we're used to paying in London. I absolutely loved this and you made me want to visit Lincoln now!
Thank you glad you enjoyed the video and it can be a real shocker when you travel elsewhere just how different the prices are! Lincoln is definitely worth your time though, beautiful city 😊
You guys should check out Hartsholme park. It’s on the other side of Lincoln and it’s a nice little place to be
The Bomber Command ‘Spire’ signifies the length of one Lancaster Bomber wing btw guys. Great video, Lincoln is a lovely city with a 1000 year history.
Oh interesting fact, thanks for sharing. It’s a great city and we will be back some day as still lots of it we haven’t seen!
The dragons are really cool.
The chapel was very interesting with the creepy sounding door haha
It really does look like a beautiful city. xx
We loved the addition of the dragons and as you can walk the grounds without a ticket they are totally free to see too! We just had to pay entry to experience the creepy chamber passage 😂
Loved the art.
Another lovely video.
Another great video, boys, thank you so much!
Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Lincoln is indeed a beautiful city, it is the city where I was born many years ago, a visitor should also check out the surrounding area
We never get bored of visiting Lincoln. Any particular suggestions for the surrounding area?
@@JJExtra if you travel down the A15 you will come across RAF Waddington's viewing area (where the Red Arrows are based) another must visit place would be Tattershall Castle which is a good place to view RAF Conningsby, perhaps I should be a tour guide of Lincolnshire, lol, ps don't for get St.Botolph's Church, Boston where the Pilgrim Fathers left from all those years ago
Lincoln is a lovely city
Agreed 🙌🏼
Going today can’t wait
Hope you had a great time!
Hello Boys ,thank you for showing us Lincoln ,what a nice and interesting city. The Castle looks stunning ,but the city walk way looks really steep .I love the art under the bridge ,looks really good.Well done ,see you next week😃
Hello! 👋🏼 Lincoln definitely is a really interesting city to explore and there is still lots there we haven’t done. It’s a fairly walkable city too…. Until you hit steep hill of course 😂 see you next Sunday!
great video boys
Glad you enjoyed it
You need to visit the Magna Carta in Faversham, Kent 😉
Its one of a few locations im considering for relocating from the south coast
Great video, interesting to hear the history of this place, I love looking round castles, find it very interesting, and then to spot Del Boy whilst sitting with your coffee and cake 😂 have you been to Bath Cathedral? X
Haha we did think of Del Boy as soon as we saw that. We have been to Bath but not inside the cathedral.
@@JJExtra you should, it’s amazing. I love Bath, haven’t been in years but would like to go again. Last time I went was with my ex, about 6/7 years ago and we stayed in a gorgeous hotel, with a TV in the bathroom, I thought I’d died and gone to heaven, my two favourite things 🛀 📺 ❤️ I could’ve stayed in there all evening
My home city ❤
The cemetery is all the people who died in the prison and all them executed in the castle
Such an underrated city :)
Agreed! 👍🏻
Great memories of Lincoln. Some years since I was last there. The only negative was the worst fish and chips ever 😮. However the place was on the edge of the city and I won’t hold that against this beautiful place 😊
It’s a stunning city but boo to the fish and chips, we can vouch for the cakes though 😂
Really nice place, my son lives there, Steep Hill is funny and l've often seen unprepared tourists falling over going uphill as well as downhill. 😂 Definite £ lifestyle difference between uphill & downhill.
Oh wow really!? We didn’t see anyone fall the day we were there but it now feels even more of an accomplishment than before 😂
Lincoln, England's best kept secret.....
Are there jobs in lincoln?
Went for coffee but not stokes. #Mistake
Noted for next time 😉
It's hard to convey on film just how steep it is done it a few times so you earned your cakes there 😁 🍻
We always find it hard to convey the steepness of hills on camera so thank you for putting on record that it was indeed steep enough to justify the cakes we had 😂
