Hey FLT here! Today we will be featuring the Tier VIII Dutch Heavy Cruiser Haarlem in discussing the ideal Upgrade & Commander Build. With update 0.10.0 being the commander rework update, I want to share my thoughts/recommendations with you as this video takes place during update 0.11.8. Enjoy!

I am building my Haarlem/Golden Lion into an AA focus build as the AA on this line is very good. EM, EL, PT, AR, SI, CE, ASW/AA Expert, Focus Fire Training, and Consumable Specialist. Giving it the range mod in the last slot given its short base range.

Since airstrike is not very reliable, 15s reload is too much. I currently grind it in ops and guns seems a little week.

Definitely, I recommended in yesterday's video in highlighting the Haarlem to grind this ship in Operations 🙈 I wonder if WG will buff it in the future, but I don't forsee it because of the Airstrike & Improved Repair Party cool down time 🤔 Designing a ship around the airstrike is not wise in my opinion 😅
