Thanks for all your great videos! When you have ridden your old Superlight in the snow, sand and salt did you have any problems with corrosion on the titanium, bottom bracket or wheel bearings ? I live in Massachusetts where the road conditions are similar.

No but I wipe it down after every ride. The frame will rust no matter what you do. That is normal. I always make sure to wipe away moisture from the bearings.

great review just got it. 1 thing that puzzles me with bike riders im also a bike rider, using strobe i think is wrong. got to be careful of epileptic people its unfair to use it cant understand why its allowed especially in city's

Your right. Strobes are annoying for everyone and can cause drivers to lose vision as well. I personally would like to see a different color (yellow?) for cyclists so everyone can differentiate them from other vehicles.

@@BromptonFamilyTimethe tricky part with a stringing yellow light is motorists may misinterpret that as a vehicle blinker and pull out in front of you.

True. I only really feel safe in protected bike lanes. I hope the city will add more protected lanes sooner than later.

Thanks for this video! I’ve been looking for a light with a remote so I don’t have to stop riding to change the light. (My light is down by the wheel like your super light) What kind of USB cable does it use to charge? USB type C I hope? I don’t want to buy any new lights that need the old micro-USB cables.
Another question, does the remote actually fit on the skinny Brompton handlebars? I’ve bought a few accessories that didn’t fit because the handlebars are too skinny.

Yes it is USB C. The remote will need something under it to keep it stable. I would simply put an old grip cut out under it if I was planning on making it permanent.

Does it come with an artificial horizon to not blind other people? Or is it more like a flashlight that shines "full" ?

The flood light has horizontal lines on the lens to disperse the beam pattern. I would ride with this point towards the ground in front of the tire. It depends on how bright you have it.

Some of the lights come with a button for the handlebar. Please ask Magicshine for the light you are looking for. They update their accessories so they may or may not come with it.
