Got this bike, really like it! Just a bit scared for rain and parking it outside. Once you push a button its on… only when you remove the battery its fully locked

For 2400 USD go for a bike with mid-drive.

It depends on the mileage you make. This one can last for many miles per charge.

Hmmm, DeCe300 has hydraulic brakes, which is in my opinion the better option.
