    I have to say, I’ve struggled to find workouts that are fun and I enjoy but I’ve loved every single pilates video I’ve done with you.
    You make it so fun and relaxing and I look forward to coming home from work every day to do my Pilates workouts with you.

    So happy I found you! I’ve been searching for videos to complement my weekly in person classes which I’ve been doing for years, but every thing I’ve tried is a bit different to what I’m used to. Your methods and the way you talk through the exercises and encourage the student is very similar to my teacher yay! And now I’ve just looked at your website and wow!
    As an aside I loved the sounds of normal family life coming through at points in this video ❤❤❤

    Thank you for explaining how to take the pressure out of my wrists. I have done yoga for over 5 years and you are the first person to tell me this. I am loving the variety that pilates gives me and will definately come back to this one.

    i'm trying to incorporate this workout into my daily routine; this one is MUCH harder than the 20 minute beginner one i was doing from your channel but improvement is difficult so i'm sticking with it!

    You have such a lovely encouraging and positive manner Jessica, quite a contrast from some of the sergeant major type exercise teachers I have encountered before. Thank you for being so inclusive and making room for everyone, whatever stage we are at.

    I hurt my back last year. doing your pilates has been amazing, to learn about my body and to gain confidence in what I can do. I've been doing your workouts for 4 months now and 2 months ago I had the confidence to use weights in my workouts again!

    Thank you so much for these videos!! I started doing a gentle Pilates video of yours when I threw my back out and it immediately got me out of it and helped me start getting stronger! Then I started this one and I’ve been doing it for several weeks now and I feel so strong! ❤

    2. why do you inhale when twisting? in yoga, the breathing cue is opposite...

    ~9:00 I think the arm pulses weren’t equal for each arm, the second arm took longer - I hope this is helpful feedback, I adore your workout videos :)

    I’m doing this exercises since I found it, just a week or so, and I really feel great, I’m 42 but I never worked out in my life, now I stared taking care of myself, I have lost some weight, I am trying gain muscle but I’m so lazy for heavy training
