Fantastic interview and great insight
I wish Pep would write memoirs, detailing the matches he managed, what he tried to do in those matches and how the plan worked. That way we would know.
He will do it one day for sure. Issue is if he released it now, every manager in world football would buy it to better figure him out. Pep keeps the cards close to his chest. But I will be in line to buy it the day it comes out!

There are hundreds of football managers memoirs. Alex Fergerson has a few written ar different times in his career. It's funny to see what he actual though about some players. Players memoirs are just as good. Dennis Bergkamp wrote stillness and speed. You can but it second hand on Amazon for not much. It's a great read about Dutch football.
@@PL7802 I'm not talking about merely memoirs, i'm talking about a manager picking about 10 important matches from a season and going into his tactical thinking before a match and his thinking about the changes he made during the match and where he got it wrong/right. Ans it should be very detailed and technical.
